Claims (16)
- 무세포계 단백질 합성에 있어서 번역반응 촉진을 위해 사용되는, 이하의 (a)~(k) 중 어느 하나의 DNA 단편:(a) 서열표의 서열번호 1에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(b) 서열표의 서열번호 2에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(c) 서열표의 서열번호 3에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(d) 서열표의 서열번호 4에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(e) 서열표의 서열번호 5에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(f) 서열표의 서열번호 6에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(g) 서열표의 서열번호 7에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(h) 서열표의 서열번호 8에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(i) 서열표의 서열번호 9에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(j) 서열표의 서열번호 10에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(k) 서열표의 서열번호 11에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편.
- 번역반응 촉진활성을 갖는 이하의 (a)에서 (k)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종류의 DNA 단편을 포함하는 발현벡터:(a) 서열표의 서열번호 1에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(b) 서열표의 서열번호 2에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(c) 서열표의 서열번호 3에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(d) 서열표의 서열번호 4에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(e) 서열표의 서열번호 5에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(f) 서열표의 서열번호 6에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(g) 서열표의 서열번호 7에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(h) 서열표의 서열번호 8에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(i) 서열표의 서열번호 9에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(j) 서열표의 서열번호 10에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(k) 서열표의 서열번호 11에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편.
- 단백질을 코드하는 구조유전자와, 구조유전자의 5' 상류측에 삽입된 DNA 단편을 갖는 무세포계 단백질 합성용의 주형 DNA로서, DNA 단편이 이하의 (a)~(k) 중 어느 하나로부터 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나인 주형 DNA:(a) 서열표의 서열번호 1에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(b) 서열표의 서열번호 2에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(c) 서열표의 서열번호 3에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(d) 서열표의 서열번호 4에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(e) 서열표의 서열번호 5에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(f) 서열표의 서열번호 6에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(g) 서열표의 서열번호 7에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(h) 서열표의 서열번호 8에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(i) 서열표의 서열번호 9에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(j) 서열표의 서열번호 10에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편,(k) 서열표의 서열번호 11에 나타내어지는 염기서열을 갖는 DNA 단편.
- 제3항의 주형 DNA를 전사하여 얻어지는 mRNA로서, 무세포계 단백질 합성에 있어서의 번역 주형으로서 사용되는 mRNA.
- 제3항의 주형 DNA 또는 상기 주형 DNA를 전사하여 얻어지는 mRNA를 함유하는 무세포계 단백질 합성용 반응액.
- 제3항의 주형 DNA 또는 상기 주형 DNA를 전사하여 얻어지는 mRNA를 사용한 무세포계 단백질 합성방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 동물 유래의 추출물을 함유하는 무세포계 단백질 합성반응액을 사용한, 무세포계 단백질 합성방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 동물 유래의 추출물이 누에조직으로부터 추출된 것인, 무세포계 단백질 합성방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 동물 유래의 추출물이 곤충 배양세포로부터 추출된 것인, 무세포계 단백질 합성방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 곤충 배양세포가 Trichoplusia ni의 난세포 유래 세포 및 Spodoptera frugiperda 난소세포 유래의 세포로부터 선택된 하나 이상인, 무세포계 단백질 합성방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 동물 유래의 추출물이 포유동물세포로부터 추출된 것인, 무세포계 단백질 합성방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 포유동물세포가 토끼 망상적혈구인, 무세포계 단백질 합성 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 포유동물세포가 포유동물 배양세포인, 무세포계 단백질 합성방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 포유동물 배양세포가 Chinese hamster ovary 세포인, 무세포계 단백질 합성방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 소맥배아 유래의 추출물을 함유하는 무세포계 단백질 합성반응액을 사용한, 무세포계 단백질 합성방법.
- 제2항의 발현벡터를 포함하는, 무세포계 단백질 합성용 키트.
