- 기판의 실제 표시 영역 내에 복수의 화소를 구비하고, 상기 화소 각각에 액상법에 의해 형성된 기능막을 갖는 제 1 유기 EL 소자가 설치되는 동시에, 상기 기판의 표면에 기능성 필름이 점착된 유기 EL 장치로서,상기 실제 표시 영역의 주위에 상기 필름을 점착할 때의 얼라인먼트 마크가 되는 복수의 더미 화소를 구비한 더미 영역이 설치되고,상기 더미 화소 각각에 상기 제 1 유기 EL 소자의 기능막과 동일 프로세스로 형성된 기능막을 갖는 제 2 유기 EL 소자가 설치되며,상기 제 2 유기 EL 소자는 발광 가능하게 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 더미 화소가 서로 직렬로 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 장치.
