Claims (16)
- 매트릭스 형태로 배열된 서브 픽셀들을 포함하는 표시패널부;상기 표시패널부의 일측에 위치하는 모니터링 픽셀부;상기 모니터링 픽셀부를 통해 상기 표시패널부의 상태를 감지한 후 샘플링 과정을 거쳐 디지털 상태값으로 변환하는 샘플 변환부;상기 샘플 변환부로부터 전달받은 상기 상태값에 대응하는 순람표 값을 찾아 현재 공급할 데이터신호의 이득값을 조절하는 제어부; 및상기 표시패널부에 스캔신호를 공급하며, 상기 제어부를 통해 전달받은 상기 데이터신호를 상기 표시패널부에 공급하는 구동부를 포함하되,상기 상태값은,상기 서브 픽셀에 포함된 유기 발광다이오드의 온도에 따른 휘도 변화 기울기인 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광표시장치.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상태값은,상태값 = ( Ln-1 - Ln ) / ( Tn - Tn-1 )에 의해 구해지며,상기 Ln-1은 이전 휘도 변환값, 상기 Ln은 현재 휘도 변환값,상기 Tn은 현재 온도 변화값, 상기 Tn-1은 이전 온도 변화값인 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,외부로부터 데이터신호를 공급받는 감마부와,상기 감마부를 통해 공급된 상기 데이터신호와 상기 상태값에 대응하는 순람표 값을 찾아 현재 공급할 데이터신호의 감마값에 곱하여 상기 이득값을 조절하는 이득 변환부를 포함하는 전계발광표시장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,상기 이득 변환부를 통해 조절된 상기 데이터신호를 하프토닝하는 하프톤부를 더 포함하는 전계발광표시장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 이득 변환부는,조절된 상기 이득값을 내부 메모리에 저장하여 매 싱크(sync)마다 주기적으로 불러들이는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 서브 픽셀들은,하나 이상의 박막트랜지스터 및 커패시터를 포함하며,상기 서브 픽셀들의 전원라인은 공통으로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광표시장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 전원라인에 전원을 공급하는 전원공급장치를 포함하며,상기 전원공급장치는, 상기 모니터링 픽셀부로부터 상기 상태값을 전달받아 출력 전원전압 값을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광표시장치.
