Claims (5)
- 용접을 하는 용접팔장치(A)에 있어서,하부고정몸체(20) 일측에 감속모터(21)를 설치하며 감속모터(21)의 축(22)에는 상ㆍ하 작동축(23)을 결합한 상ㆍ하 각도조절장치(B)와;베이스(30) 후방에는 제1서버모터(31)와 결합하는 감속기(32) 축(33)에 결합하는 회전축(34) 상에 고정판(35)을 설치하며, 베이스(30)의 양측에는 좌측작동스위치(36)와 우측작동스위치(37)를 결합하고 고정판(35)의 상단에는 지그회전작동장치(D)를 결합한 좌ㆍ우각도조절장치(C)와;고정판(35) 중앙의 전면에 작동실린더(61)를 결합한 회전유닛(60)을 설치하며, 회전유닛(60)의 상측에는 주지지판(38)을 고정하며,주지지판(38)의 좌.우 양측에는 제1지그결합체(40)와 제2지그결합체(50)로 구성되며, 제1지그결합체(40)는 일측에 제1상ㆍ하 작동실린더(41)와 제1지그작동축(42)을 결합한 제1지지판(43) 상에는 제1실린더(44)를 고정하며 제1실린더 축(45)에는 양측으로 제1작동축(46)을 일체로 한 제1작동판(47) 아래에 제1지그(48)를 결합하고,제2지그결합체(50)는 일측에 제2상ㆍ하 작동실린더(51)와 제2지그작동축(52)을 결합한 제2지지판(53) 상에는 제2실린더(54)를 고정하며 제2실린더 축(55)에는 양측으로 제2작동축(56)을 일체로 한 제2작동판(57) 아래에 제2지그(58)를 결합하며,주지지판(38) 상단 측에는 용접소재틀(62)을 안치하며 용접소재틀(62)의 전방과 후방의 양측으로는 용접소재틀(62) 쪽으로 움직이는 결합지그(70)(71)(72)(73)를 각각 결합하며, 이의 결합지그(70)(71)(72)(73)는 하단부분에 전방과 후방에 각각 전후작동실린더(74)(75)를 장치하였으며 전후작동실린더(74)(75)의 전후진 작동에 의해 결합지그(70)(71)(72)(73)가 후진 상태에서 전방으로 전진하여 부 용접소재(101)를 잡아주는 지그회전작동장치(D)를 일체로 구성하여 된 산업용 용접 로봇화 함을 특징으로 한 산업용 용접 기계장치.
