Claims (9)
- 라디칼 중합성 수지(a), 60℃ 이하의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 포화 폴리에스테르 수지인 열가소성 수지(b), 라디칼 중합성 모노머(c) 및 무기 충전재(d)를 포함하고, 이들의 비율이 (a), (b) 및 (c)의 합계 중량 100 중량부에 대하여, (a)가 10∼75 중량부, (b)가 2∼30 중량부, (c)가 20∼60 중량부, 그리고 (d)가 5∼250 중량부인 열경화성 수지 조성물을 함침시킨 섬유 보강층의 적층체를 경화시켜서 얻은 저열팽창성 적층판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적층판의 40℃∼150℃ 온도 범위에서의 평균 선팽창율이 20×10-6/℃ 이하인 저열팽창성 적층판.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지(b)는 2,000∼100,000의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 포화 폴리에스테르 수지인 저열팽창성 적층판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 입자 직경이 0.1∼5.0 ㎛인 폴리머 미립자(e)를 더 포함하는 저열팽창성 적층판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 섬유 보강층의 적층체가 표면층으로서 열경화성 수지 조성물을 함침시킨 유리 섬유 직포를 포함하고, 내층으로서 열경화성 수지 조성물을 함침시킨 유리 섬유 부직포를 포함하는 콤퍼지트 적층체인 저열팽창성 적층판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 라디칼 중합성 수지(a)가 비닐에스테르 수지 또는 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지인 저열팽창성 적층판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 저열팽창성 적층판을 사용한 금속박을 입힌 적층판.
