Claims (15)
- 제올라이트 촉매를 사용하여 에틸렌 디아민으로부터 트리에틸렌 디아민을 제조하는 방법으로서,연속 가동 중의 에덕트 (educt) 흐름이 에틸렌 디아민을 5 내지 80 중량% 함유하고,제올라이트 촉매의 Si : Al 원자비가 100 : 1 내지 700 : 1인 펜타실-형 (Pentasil type) 제올라이트 촉매를 사용하고, 제올라이트 촉매가 적어도 부분적으로는 H+ 형태, NH4 + 형태, 또는 H+와 NH4 + 형태 둘다로 존재하거나 그러한 형태로 사용되고,에덕트 흐름의 물 함량이 2 내지 60 중량%이며,반응 온도가 290 내지 400℃인,에틸렌 디아민으로부터 트리에틸렌 디아민을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제올라이트 촉매의 Si : Al 원자비가 100 : 1 내지 250 : 1인 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 온도가 310 내지 370℃인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연속 가동 중의 에덕트 흐름이 에틸렌 디아민을 20 내지 70 중량% 함유하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, WHSV (Weight Hourly Space Velocity; 중량 시 공간 속도)가 0.05 내지 6 시간-1인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응기 내의 압력 (절대 압력)이 0.1 내지 10 bar인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌 디아민이 0 내지 200 Mol%의 피페라진과 함께 사용되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에덕트 흐름 중에 사용되는 물/에틸렌 디아민/피페라진의 중량비가 10 내지 40 : 20 내지 50 : 20 내지 50인 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 펜타실-형 제올라이트 촉매가 ZSM-5, ZSM-11 또는 이들의 혼합 구조 유형의 제올라이트인 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 부분적으로는 제올라이트 촉매가 산소 또는 산소 공급 물질이 존재하는 불활성 기체 분위기 중에서 250℃ 내지 800℃ 범위의 온도에서 재생되어 사용되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 나란히 연결된 2개 이상의 반응기에서 중단없이 연속 전환이 일어나고, 상기 반응기 중 1개 이상이 촉매 재생을 위해 에덕트 흐름, 생성물 흐름, 또는 에덕트와 생성물 흐름 둘다로부터 분리될 수 있는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법에 사용하기 전에 펜타실-형의 제올라이트 촉매를 양성자산으로 세척하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제올라이트 촉매의 Si : Al 원자비가 150 : 1 내지 700 : 1인 것인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 제올라이트 촉매가 0.1℃/분 내지 20℃/분의 가열 속도로 재생되는 것인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 담체 첨가 또는 스트랜딩 (stranding) 전에 펜타실-형의 제올라이트 촉매를 양성자산으로 세척하는 것인 방법.
