Claims (7)
- 연속하는 2패스 이상의 구멍형 압연에 있어서, 1패스째의 플랫 형상의 구멍형으로 압연하고, 계속해서, 2패스째에서 각형 형상의 구멍형에 의해 압연하는 것을 포함하는 대변형 도입 가공방법으로서, 1패스째 플랫의 단축(2A01)이 소재 대변치수(2A0)에 대하여, A01/A0≤0.75가 되고, 2패스째의 상하 대각치수(2As1)가 1패스후의 재료의 장축(2B1)에 대하여, As1/B1≤ 0.75가 되는 캘리버에 의해 압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대변형 도입 가공방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 1패스째 플랫 구멍형의 단축(2A01)과 장축(2B01)의 비가, A01/B 01≤O.4가 되는 캘리버에 의해 압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대변형 도입 가공방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 1패스째의 플랫 구멍형의 곡률반경(r01)은 소재 대변치수(2A0)의 1.5배 이상인 캘리버에 의해 압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대변형 도입 가공방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 전 압연 패스수 중, 플랫-각의 구멍형의 조합을 1회 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대변형 도입 가공방법.
- 1패스째의 플랫 구멍형의 단축(2A01)과 장축(2B01)비가 A01/B01≤0.4가 되는 캘리버를, 또한, 2패스째의 상하 대각치수(2As1)가 1패스후의 재료의 장축(2B1)에 대하여, As1/B1≤0.75가 되는 캘리버를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 캘리버 압연장치.
- 플랫 구멍형의 단축(2A01)과 장축(2B01)비가 A01/B01≤0.4이며, 또한 상기 플랫 구멍형의 곡률반경(r01)은 소재 대변치수(2A0)의 1.5배 이상인 캘리버를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 캘리버 압연장치.
- 연속하는 2패스 이상의 구멍형 압연을 행하기 위한 장치로서, 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 기재된 캘리버를 구비하고 있음과 아울러, 이것과는 형상이 다른 비상사형의 캘리버도 구비하고, 양 캘리버에 의한 압연을 행하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 캘리버 압연장치.
