Claims (4)
- (1) 반응 초기에 비반응형 유화제와 함께 음이온계 반응형 유화제를사용하며, 사용한 유화제 총량이 0.8 중량부 이상 2.0 중량부 이하인 공액디엔계 고무 라텍스를 제조하는 단계;(2) 중합반응기에 상기 (1)단계에서 제조된 공액디엔계 고무 라텍스 55 내지 80중량부를 넣고 불활성 기체를 공급하며 방향족 비닐화합물 14 내지 32 중량부 및 비닐시안화합물 5 내지 14중량부를 사용하여 그라프트 공중합시키는 단계; 및(3) 상기 (2)단계에서 제조된 그라프트 공중합체 16 내지 40 중량부를 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴(SAN) 공중합체 60 내지 84 중량부와 혼련하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 음이온계 반응형 유화제가 알릴기를 가지는 음이온계 유화제, (메타)아크릴로일기를 가지는 음이온계 유화제 및 프로페닐기를 가지는 음이온계 유화제로 이루어진 군으로부터 1이상 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 음이온계 반응형 유화제는 0.3 중량부 이상 1.5 중량부 이하로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항의 제조방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징로 하는 열가소성 수지.
