Claims (15)
- 접근이 용이하지 않고 움직일 수 있는 기계 부품의 내부 온도를 측정하기 위한 장치로서,온도 종속 전달 함수를 구비하는 SAW 칩을 가지며 온도의 측정이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 감온 요소로서, 상기 SAW 칩이 상기 기계 부품의 외부에 장착된 안테나에 연결되도록 구성된 변환기를 갖는, 감온 요소;상기 감온 요소를 위한 캡슐화 부재로서, 별도로 배치되어 상기 움직일 수 있는 기계 부품에 있는 장착 구멍의 내부 단부에서 제 위치에 유지되고 이로써 상기 기계 부품의 내부 온도를 측정할 수 있도록 구성된 캡슐화 부재;상기 장착구멍을 폐쇄하기 위한 볼트 및 장착 후에 상기 캡슐화 부재를 제 위치에 고정시키기 위하여 상기 볼트와 상기 캡슐화 부재 사이에 배치되는 재료; 및상기 안테나를 상기 감온 요소에 연결하기 위한 전달 라인; 을 포함하여,상기 기계 부품이 움직이는 동안 접근이 용이하지 않은 상기 기계 부품의 내부 온도를 측정하도록 구성되는,기계 부품의 내부 온도를 측정하기 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 재료는 상기 캡슐화 부재를 상기 장착 구멍의 내부 단부에 대하여 압착시키기 위한 스프링인,기계 부품의 내부 온도를 측정하기 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 재료는 에폭시 또는 내열 고무 슬리브인,기계 부품의 내부 온도를 측정하기 위한 장치.
