Claims (8)
- 제 1 주기판(mother board) 및 제 2 주기판의 적어도 한쪽에 액정을 적하(滴下)한 후, 밀봉재를 통하여 상기 제 1 주기판과 상기 제 2 주기판을 접합시켜 복수의 액정 패널 부분을 포함하는 대형 패널 구조를 형성한 후, 상기 복수의 액정 패널을 절단하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법에 있어서,샘플 기판의 복수의 셀 형성 영역에, 액체방울 토출 헤드를 소정의 주사 방향으로 주사하여, 소정의 토출 조건으로 액정을 토출시켜 액정을 도포하는 예비 액정 도포 공정과,상기 복수의 셀 형성 영역에 도포된 액정의 막 두께를 각각 측정하는 막 두께 측정 공정과,상기 막 두께 측정 공정의 막 두께 측정 결과에 의거하여, 상기 복수의 셀 형성 영역에 상기 액체방울 토출 헤드로부터 토출하는 액정의 토출 조건을 산출(算出)하는 액정 토출 조건 산출 공정과,상기 액정 토출 조건 산출 공정에서 산출된 액정의 토출 조건에 따라, 상기 제 1 주기판 및 상기 제 2 주기판의 적어도 한쪽의 복수의 셀 형성 영역에, 상기 액체방울 토출 헤드를 상기 소정의 주사 방향으로 주사하여 액정을 도포하는 액정 도포 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액정 토출 조건 산출 공정에서는, 상기 막 두께 측정 공정에서 측정한 상기 복수의 셀 형성 영역의 액정의 막 두께에 의거하여, 각 셀 형성 영역마다 독립적으로 상기 액체방울 토출 헤드에서의 액정 토출 조건을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액정 토출 조건 산출 공정에서는, 상기 막 두께 측정 공정에서 측정한 상기 복수의 셀 형성 영역의 액정의 막 두께의 증감(增減) 패턴을 해석하고, 해석한 증감 패턴에 따라 상기 복수의 셀 형성 영역에 상기 액체방울 토출 헤드에서 토출하는 액정의 토출 조건을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 액정의 막 두께의 증감 패턴의 해석은 복수의 셀 형성 영역의 전체, 열(列) 단위, 또는 행(行) 단위로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 토출 조건은 상기 액체방울 토출 헤드의 구동 전압 파형 또는 액정 적하 횟수인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 액체방울 토출 헤드는 가온(加溫) 수단으로 가온되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
