Claims (12)
- 양극, 리튬 이온-저장/방출 가능한 음극-활성 물질을 함유하는 음극, 및 리튬 이온 전도성, 비수계 전해액 또는 중합체 전해질을 포함하여 이루어지는 리튬 2차 전지로서, 상기 음극-활성 물질은 탄소질 물질 및, 리튬과 화합물을 형성할 수 있는 1종 이상의 원소들을 포함하여 이루어지는 입자들을 함유하고, 상기 원소들은 900℃ 이상의 녹는점 및 실온에서 9ppm/K 이하의 열 팽창 계수를 가지고, 상기 입자들은 복수층의 탄소질 물질에 끼워넣어져 있으며, 상기 입자들은 탄소질 물질과 함께 기계적 처리됨으로써 최초의 입자 크기가 미리 감소되어 있는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 리튬과 화합물을 형성할 수 있는 원소가 실리콘 및 게르마늄에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소임을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 복수층의 탄소질 물질은 탄소질 물질(A) 및 탄소질 물질(B)를 포함하여 이루어지고, 탄소질 물질(A)은 탄소질 물질(B)에 의하여 둘러싸여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 탄소질 물질(A)은 결정질 탄소로 구성되고, 탄소질 물질(B)은 비정질 탄소로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 탄소질 물질(B)이 탄소질 물질(A)보다 단단한 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 삭제
- 전기 자동차에 전지 어셈블리로서 제 1항에 따른 리튬 2차 전지를 사용하는 방법.
- (a) 탄소질 물질(A), 및 리튬과 화합물을 형성할 수 있으며, 900 ℃ 이상의 녹는점 및 실온에서 9 ppm/K 이하의 열 팽창 계수를 가지는 1종 이상의 원소들을 기계적 압접(pressure welding)으로 처리하는 단계,(b) 상기 단계 (a)로부터 수득한 입자 및 탄소질 물질(B)의 전구체를 혼합하는 단계,(c) 상기 단계 (b)로부터 수득한 입자를 탄소화하여, 음극-활성 물질을 형성시키는 단계, 및(d) 양극, 상기 음극-활성 물질을 함유하는 음극 및 리튬 이온 전도성, 비수계 전해액 또는 중합체 전해질을 용기에 배치하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 리튬 2차 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 리튬과 화합물을 형성할 수 있는 1종 이상의 원소가 실리콘 및 게르마늄에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 단계 (a) 후에 열처리를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
