Claims (7)
- 합성섬유로 이루어지고, 섬유 횡단면 내의 코어부(core部)에 다수의 중공(中空)으로 이루어지는 골수 모양(marrow-like) 또는 그물코 모양(network-like)의 중공부를 구비하고, 상기 섬유 횡단면의 공극률(空隙率)이 10∼50%이며 또한 건열수축률(乾熱收縮率)이 15% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 파일용 중공 수축성 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 합성섬유가 아크릴로 니트릴(acrylonitrile)과 할로겐 함유 비닐계 단량체의 공중합체를 포함하는 중합체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파일용 중공 수축성 섬유.
- 제1항의 파일용 중공 수축성 섬유를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,아크릴로 니트릴과 할로겐 함유 비닐계 단량체의 공중합체를 습식방사(濕式紡絲)하여 얻어지는 습윤(濕潤) 상태에 있는 섬유에 스팀처리 및 건조처리를 한 후에 열처리를 더 함으로써 상기 섬유에 중공부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파일용 중공 수축성 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 스팀처리에 의하여 섬유의 함용매율(含溶媒率)을 5중량% 이하로 감소시킨 후, 건조처리에 의하여 섬유의 함액률(含液率)을 5∼50중량%로 하고, 열처리후에 신장처리를 더 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파일용 중공 수축성 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 열처리가 120∼180℃ 범위의 온도에서의 처리로서, 상기 신장처리가 90∼150℃ 범위의 온도에서 1.1∼2.3배로 신장하는 처리인 것을 특징으로 하는 파일용 중공 수축성 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 방법에 의하여 얻어지는 섬유를, 당해 섬유의 글래스 전이온도보다 1∼10℃ 낮은 온도로 가열하여 권축(crimp)을 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파일용 중공 수축성 섬유의 제조방법.
- 다운 헤어(down hairs)로서 제1항의 중공 수축성 섬유를 사용하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파일제품.
