Claims (18)
- 세라믹 원료, 유기 바인더, 흡수성 수지 및 물을 혼합·혼련하여 배토를 얻는 제1 공정과,얻어진 상기 배토를 허니컴 구조로 성형한 후, 건조하여 허니컴 건조체를 얻는 제2 공정과,얻어진 상기 허니컴 건조체를 소성하여 소성 후의 기공율이 40% 이상인 허니컴 구조체를 얻는 제3 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공정에서 상기 배토를 구성하는 상기 흡수성 수지로서, 입자형상이고 흡수 후의 평균 입자 지름이 2-200㎛인 것을 이용하는 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공정에서 상기 배토를 구성하는 상기 흡수성 수지로서, 입자형상이고 흡수 후의 입도 분포가 입자 지름 10㎛ 이하가 20질량부 이하이고 입자 지름 100㎛ 이상이 20 질량부 이하인 것을 이용하는 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공정에서 상기 배토를 구성하는 상기 흡수성 수지로서, 입자형상이고 흡수 후의 평균 입자 지름이 상기 허니컴 구조체의 격벽의 두께에 대하여 30% 이하인 것을 이용하는 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공정에서 상기 배토를 구성하는 상기 흡수성 수지로서, 입자형상이고 흡수 후의 아스펙트비(aspect ratio)가 50 이하인 것을 이용하는 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공정에서 상기 배토를 구성하는 상기 흡수성 수지의 혼합량을 상기 세라믹 원료 100질량부에 대하여 0.1-20질량부로 하는 것인 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공정에서 상기 배토를 구성하는 상기 물의 혼합량을, 상기 세라믹 원료 100질량부에 대하여 상기 흡수성 수지의 혼합량에 그 흡수 배율을 곱하여 얻어지는 값(흡수성 수지의 혼합량×흡수 배율) 이상의 질량부로 하는 것인 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공정에서 상기 배토를 구성하는 상기 흡수성 수지가 상기 물의 일부를 미리 흡수한 상태에서 혼합, 혼련되는 것인 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공정에서 상기 배토를 구성하는 상기 흡수성 수지 중의 염소의 함유량이 상기 흡수성 수지 100질량부에 대하여 20질량부 이하인 것인 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공정에서 상기 배토를 구성하는 상기 흡수성 수지 중의 유황의 함유량이 상기 흡수성 수지 100질량부에 대하여 20질량부 이하인 것인 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공정에서 상기 배토를 구성하는 상기 흡수성 수지 중의 질소의 함유량이 상기 흡수성 수지 100질량부에 대하여 20질량부 이하인 것인 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공정에서 상기 배토로서 청색 재생토를 이용하는 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공정에서 상기 세라믹 원료, 유기 바인더 및 흡수성 수지를 포함하는 원료로서, 백색 재생토를 이용하는 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공정에서 상기 배토로서, 조공재를 더욱 혼합·혼련한 것을 이용하는 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공정에서 상기 배토를 구성하는 상기 세라믹 원료로서, 코디어라이트 형성 원료, 멀라이트, 알루미나, 알루미늄티타네이트, 리튬알루미늄실리케이트, 탄화규소, 질화규소 및 금속규소로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종을 주성분으로 하는 것을 이용하는 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 원료로서 상기 코디어라이트 형성 원료를 이용하는 경우, 상기 흡수성 수지로서, 마그네슘, 알루미늄, 실리콘 이외의 알칼리 금속, 알칼리토류 금속을 포함하지 않는 것을 이용하는 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 원료로서 상기 금속규소를 이용하는 경우에는, 상기 제3 공정에서 상기 허니컴 건조체를 소성하기 전에, 500℃ 이하 10시간 이내의 조건의 탈바인더 처리를 행하고, 이 처리에 의해서 상기 흡수성 수지에 포함되는 탄소가 소실하게 되는 것인 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제3 공정에서의 상기 허니컴 건조체의 소성을 비산화 분위기로 행하는 경우, 상기 제1 공정에서의 상기 배토를 구성하는 상기 흡수성 수지로서, 알칼리 금속, 유황, 염소 및 질소로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하지 않는 것을 이용하는 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
