Claims (11)
- 2 종 이상의 금속이온을 함유하는 용액으로부터 공침체 (共沈體) 입자를 제조하는 방법에서, 2 종 이상의 금속이온을 함유하는 수용액을 만들어, 이 수용액을 핵 입자의 발생에 제공되는 A 액과 핵 입자의 성장에 제공되는 B 액으로 분할하고, 우선 A 액을 공침석출반응시키고, 핵 입자를 함유하는 생성액을 만들고, 이어서 이것과 B 액을 합쳐서 공침석출반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기공침체 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 2 종류 이상의 금속이온이 1 종 이상의 희토류(希土類) 이온을 함유하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 희토류 이온이 이트륨 이온과 유로퓸 이온을 함유하는 방법.
- 2 종 이상의 금속이온을 함유하는 용액에서 공침체 입자를 제조하는 방법에서, 2 종 이상의 금속이온을 함유하는 제 1 수용액을 공침석출반응시켜서 핵 입자를 함유하는 생성액을 만들고, 이어서 이 생성액을 상기 제 1 수용액의 금속이온간 상대농도와 실질적으로 동일한 금속이온간 상대농도를 갖는 제 2 수용액과 혼합하여 수득한 혼합액을 공침석출반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기공침체 입자의 제 조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 2 종 이상의 금속이온이 1 종 이상의 희토류 이온을 함유하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 희토류 이온이 이트륨 이온과 유로퓸 이온을 함유하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 수득된 무기공침체 입자를 600 ℃ 이상에서 소성하여 형성된 평균입경이 0.3 ~ 10 ㎛ 의 무기공침체 소성입자.
- 제 7 항에 기재된 무기공침체 소성입자를 함유하는 무기형광체.
- 제 7 항에 기재된 무기공침체 소성입자를 함유하는 진공자외선 여기소자용 형광체.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 무기공침체 소성입자가 유로퓸과 이트륨을 함유하는 입자로 이루어진 무기형광체.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 무기공침체 소성입자가 유로퓸과 이트륨을 함유하는 입자로 이루어진 진공자외선 여기소자용 형광체.
