Claims (29)
- 엘라스토머와, 적어도 제1 탄소재료를 혼합하고, 또한 전단력에 의해서 분산시켜 복합 엘라스토머를 얻는 공정 (a)와,상기 복합 엘라스토머를 열처리하여, 상기 복합 엘라스토머 중에 포함되는 엘라스토머를 기화시켜 제2 탄소재료를 얻는 공정 (b)와,상기 제2 탄소재료를, 상기 제1 탄소재료보다도 융점이 낮은 원소(Y)를 갖는 물질과 함께 열처리하여, 원소(Y)를 갖는 물질을 기화시키는 공정 (c)를 포함하는 탄소계 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공정 (b)는, 원소(X)를 갖는 물질의 존재 하에서 행해지고, 상기 제1 탄소재료를 구성하는 탄소 원자에 상기 원소(X)가 결합되고,상기 원소(X)는, 붕소, 질소, 산소, 인으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 탄소계 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 복합 엘라스토머는, 원소(X)를 갖는 물질을 포함하고,상기 공정 (b)의 열처리에 의해서, 상기 제1 탄소재료를 구성하는 탄소 원자에 상기 원소(X)가 결합되는 탄소계 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 공정 (b)는, 원소(X)를 갖는 물질을 포함하는 분위기 내에서 행해지고, 상기 제1 탄소재료를 구성하는 탄소 원자에 상기 원소(X)가 결합되는 탄소계 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 원소(X)는, 산소 또는 질소인 탄소계 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복합 엘라스토머는, 상기 원소(Y)를 갖는 물질을 포함하는 탄소계 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 원소(Y)를 갖는 물질은, 상기 공정 (c)에서, 상기 제2 탄소재료와 함께, 열처리로 내에 배치되어, 열처리함으로써 기화되는 탄소계 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄소계 재료는, 알루미늄으로 이루어지는 매트릭스 재료에 대해서 혼합되는 것으로서,상기 원소(Y)를 갖는 물질은, 마그네슘, 알루미늄, 실리콘, 칼슘, 티탄, 바나듐, 크롬, 망간, 철, 니켈, 구리, 아연, 지르코늄으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소(Y)를 포함하는 탄소계 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄소계 재료는, 마그네슘으로 이루어지는 매트릭스 재료에 대해서 혼합되는 것으로서,상기 원소(Y)를 갖는 물질은, 마그네슘, 알루미늄, 실리콘, 칼슘, 티탄, 바나듐, 크롬, 망간, 철, 니켈, 구리 아연, 지르코늄으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소(Y)를 포함하는 탄소계 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,상기 원소(Y)를 갖는 물질은, 마그네슘, 아연, 알루미늄 중 어느 하나의 원소(Y)를 포함하는 탄소계 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 탄소재료는, 카본블랙인 탄소계 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 탄소재료는, 탄소섬유인 탄소계 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 탄소섬유는, 카본 나노 화이버인 탄소계 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 카본 나노 화이버는, 평균 직경이 0.5 내지 500㎚인 탄소계 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 엘라스토머는, 중량평균분자량이 5000 내지 500만인 탄소계 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 엘라스토머는, 주쇄, 측쇄 및 말단쇄의 적어도 하나에, 2중 결합, 3중 결합, α수소, 카르보닐기, 카르복실기, 수산기, 아미노기, 니트릴기, 케톤기, 아미드기, 에폭시기, 에스테르기, 비닐기, 할로겐기, 우레탄기, 뷰렛기, 알로파네이트기 및 요소기 등의 관능기로부터 선택되는 카본 나노 화이버에 대해서 친화성을 갖는 불포화 결합 또는 기를 적어도 하나 갖는 탄소계 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 엘라스토머는, 펄스법 NMR을 이용하여 한에코(Hahn-Echo)법에 의해서 30℃로 측정한, 미가교체에 있어서의 네트워크 성분의 스핀-스핀 완화 시간(T2n)이 100 내지 3000μ초인 탄소계 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 엘라스토머는, 펄스법 NMR을 이용하여 한에코법에 의해서 30℃로 측정한, 가교체에 있어서의 네트워크 성분의 스핀-스핀 완화 시간(T2n)이 100 내지 2000μ초인 탄소계 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 엘라스토머는, 천연고무 또는 니트릴 부타디엔고무인 탄소계 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공정 (a)는, 롤간격이 0.5㎜ 이하인 오픈 롤법을 이용하여 행해지는 탄소계 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서,상기 오픈 롤법은, 2개의 롤의 표면 속도비가 1.05 내지 3.00인 탄소계 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공정 (a)는, 밀폐식 혼련법에 의해서 행해지는 탄소계 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있에서,상기 공정 (a)는, 다축 압출 혼련법에 의해서 행해지는 탄소계 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공정 (a)는, 0 내지 50℃에서 행해지는 탄소계 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해서 얻어진 탄소계 재료.
- 알루미늄 또는 마그네슘으로 이루어지는 매트릭스 재료에 대해서 혼합되는 탄소계 재료로서,탄소 재료의 표면은, 제1 결합 구조와, 제2 결합 구조를 갖고,상기 제1 결합 구조는, 상기 탄소 재료를 구성하는 탄소 원자에, 원소(X)가 결합된 구조이고,상기 제2 결합 구조는, 원소(X)에, 원소(Y)가 결합된 구조이고,상기 원소(X)는, 붕소, 질소, 산소, 인으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함 하고,상기 원소(Y)는, 마그네슘, 알루미늄, 실리콘, 칼슘, 티탄, 바나듐, 크롬, 망간, 철, 니켈, 구리, 아연, 지르코늄으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 탄소계 재료.
- 탄소 재료의 표면은, 제1 결합 구조와, 제2 결합 구조를 갖고,상기 제1 결합 구조는, 상기 탄소 재료를 구성하는 탄소 원자에, 산소가 결합된 구조이고,상기 제2 결합 구조는, 상기 산소에, 마그네슘이 결합된 구조인 탄소계 재료.
- 제1항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해서 얻어진 상기 탄소계 재료를 매트릭스 재료와 혼합하는 공정 (d)를 갖는 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제28항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해서 얻어진 복합 재료.
