Claims (3)
- 알루미나 기판 및 저항 발열체를 포함하는 세라믹 히터에 있어서,상기 알루미나 기판은 알루미나 90 ~ 96중량%, 활석 2 ~ 5중량%, 실리카 1 ~ 3중량%, 탄산칼슘 0.5 ~ 1중량%, 및 이트리아 0.5 ~ 1중량%로 이루어지며,상기 저항 발열체는 텅스텐 단독, 또는 텅스텐과 몰리브덴 혼합물, 또는 텅스텐과 몰리브덴 혼합물에 지르코늄 산화물을 첨가한 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 텅스텐과 몰리브덴 혼합물은 텅스텐 10 ~ 30중량% 및 몰리브덴 70 ~ 90중량%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 텅스텐과 몰리브덴 혼합물에 지르코늄 산화물을 첨가한 것은 텅스텐 30 ~ 50중량% 및 몰리브덴 50 ~ 70중량%의 혼합물에 지르코늄 산화물을 소정량 첨가하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
