Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 유로를 전환하기 위한 밸브부재를 구비한 주밸브부와, 상기 밸브부재를 조작하기 위한 전자조작부를 갖고,상기 전자조작부가, 여자 코일이 감긴 중공의 보빈과, 이 보빈의 내측 구멍내에 고정적으로 설치된 고정철심과, 상기 보빈의 내측 구멍내에 가동으로 설치되 상기 밸브부재에 연결되고, 상기 여자 코일에의 통전에 의해 발생되는 자기흡인력에 의해 고정철심에 흡착되는 가동철심과, 이 가동철심을 고정철심으로부터 이간되는 초기위치로 복귀시키는 철심 복귀 스프링을 갖고, 상기 고정철심과 가동철심이 서로 동일형상 및 동일치수로 형성됨과 아울러, 서로 호환성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양 철심이, 일정한 단면형상을 갖는 주체부와, 이 주체부의 축선방향의 일단에 외주방향으로 연장되도록 형성되고, 축선방향의 길이가 상기 주체부보다 짧은 플랜지부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 양 철심의 단면형상이 타원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 양 철심의 주체부가, 단경방향의 양측면에 축선방향으 로 연장되는 오목부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 양 철심의 주체부가, 장경방향의 양측면에 축선방향으로 연장되는 서로 평행한 평탄면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 양 철심의 주체부가, 장경방향의 양측면에 축선방향으로 연장되는 서로 평행한 평탄면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 양 철심이, 주체부의 끝면끼리를 대향시킨 상태에서 서로 역방향으로 설치되어 있고, 고정철심의 플랜지부는, 보빈의 끝부에 형성된 단차부에 걸리고, 가동철심의 플랜지부에는, 상기 철심 복귀 스프링을 위한 스프링시트를 형성하는 캡이 끼워져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 양 철심이, 주체부의 끝면끼리를 대향시킨 상태에서 서로 역방향으로 설치되어 있고, 고정철심의 플랜지부는, 보빈의 끝부에 형성된 단차부에 걸리고, 가동철심의 플랜지부에는, 상기 철심 복귀 스프링을 위한 스프링시트를 형성하는 캡이 끼워져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 양 철심이, 주체부의 끝면끼리를 대향시킨 상태에서 서로 역방향으로 설치되어 있고, 고정철심의 플랜지부는, 보빈의 끝부에 형성된 단 차부에 걸리고, 가동철심의 플랜지부에는, 상기 철심 복귀 스프링을 위한 스프링시트를 형성하는 캡이 끼워져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브.
