Claims (4)
- 초순수(超純水) 중의 미립자를 측정하는 장치에 있어서,초순수가 함유하는 미립자의 개수 빈도 분포 중 0.1㎛ 이상의 미립자의 개수 빈도 분포를 측정하는 개수 빈도 분포 측정부, 및상기 개수 빈도 분포 측정부가 측정한 상기 0.1㎛ 이상의 미립자의 개수 빈도 분포를 분포의 일부로서 갖는 대수 정규 분포를 산출하는 대수 정규 분포 산출부를 구비하고,초순수가 함유하는 미립자의 계측 입자 직경 미만에 대한 개수 빈도 분포를 상기 대수 정규 분포 산출부가 산출한 대수 정규 분포에 의해서 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 초순수 중의 미립자 측정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 개수 빈도 분포 측정부는 여과막에 의해 초순수에 함유된 미립자를 포착하는 미립자 포착부, 및상기 여과막에 의해 포착된 초순수에 함유된 미립자를 현미경 관찰에 의해 계측하는 계측부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초순수 중의 미립자 측정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 개수 빈도 분포 측정부는,사용 포인트(use point)로 공급되는 초순수를 취수하여 흐르게 하는 플로우 셀부(flow cell section),상기 플로우 셀부를 통해 흐르는 초순수에 레이저광빔을 조사하는 조사부, 및초순수 중의 미립자에 의해 산란되는 상기 레이저광빔의 산란광을 검출하여 계수하는 산란광 검출 계수부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초순수 중의 미립자 측정 장치.
- 초순수 중의 미립자를 측정하는 방법에 있어서,초순수가 함유하는 미립자의 개수 빈도 분포 중 0.1㎛ 이상의 미립자의 개수 빈도 분포를 측정하는 개수 빈도 분포 측정 단계, 및상기 개수 빈도 분포 측정 단계에서 측정한 0.1㎛ 이상의 미립자의 개수 빈도 분포를 분포의 일부로서 갖는 대수 정규 분포를 산출하는 대수 정규 분포 산출단계를 구비하고,초순수가 함유하는 미립자의 계측 입자 직경 미만에 대한 개수 빈도 분포를 상기 대수 정규 분포 산출 단계에서 산출한 대수 정규 분포에 의해서 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 초순수 중의 미립자 측정 방법.
