Abstract

제품 관리 디스플레이 시스템{PRODUCT MANAGEMENT DISPLAY SYSTEM}
본 발명은 상품-디스플레이 선반 상에 상품을 디스플레이하고, 가압(push)하며 분류하기 위한 시스템에 관한 것이다.
구매자가 상품을 볼 수 있고 접근할 수 있도록 선반 상의 상품을 선반의 전면(front)으로 위치시키는 것이 바람직하다. 따라서, 상품이 선반으로부터 제거될 때, 남아있는 상품을 선반의 전면으로 가압하는 것이 바람직하다. 또한, 디스플레이 선반 상에 열(row)로 상품을 분리시키기 위해서, 디바이더라고도 언급되는 분할 패널(dividing panel)을 포함하는 것이 바람직할 수 있다.
일반 양도된 미국 특허 제6,041,720호("720 특허")는 디스플레이된 상품을 분할하고 가압하기 위해 사용될 수 있는 제품 관리 디스플레이 시스템을 개시한다.

T형 조립체(500) 또는 가압기(700)를 수용할 수 있는 임의의 다른 베이스의 후면부를 제거한 후에, 가압기(700)는 핀(pin)을 홀(508) 내로 삽입함으로써 가압기 트랙의 후부에서 미끄러 나오는 것이 방지될 수 있다. 예시적인 핀(1300)이 도 9에서 베이스의 바닥 후면부 내로 몰딩되는 것으로 도시된다.
도 4를 참조하면, 함몰부(802)가 도시된다. 함몰부(802)는, 상품을 재-저장하는 동안, 트랙(800) 또는 T형 조립체(500)의 후부(back) 근처에 가압기(700)를 고정하도록 사용될 수 있다. 트랙(800)의 후부 근처에 가압기(700)를 고정하는 함몰부(802)를 사용하기 위해서, 가압기(700)는 함몰부(802) 뒤로 이동될 수 있고, 예를 들어, 도 1에서 화살표(502)에 대향하는 방향인 트랙(800)의 전면 쪽으로 가압기(700)의 최상부가 기울어질 수 있다(tilt). 그 후에 함몰부(802)는 상품이 트랙 표면 상에 사품을 위치시키는 동안 가압기가 벗어나지 않게 수동으로 고정시킬 필요 없이 재-저장될 수 있도록 가압기(700)를 고정한다. 함몰부(802)로부터 가압기(700)를 제거하기 위해서, 가압기는 트랙(800)의 후부 쪽으로 가압될 수 있고, 그 후에 가압기는 직립 위치로 되돌아가서 통상적인 경로에 있는 트랙(800)을 따라 이동한다.
가압기가 이동하는 각각의 표면의 전면 에지(804-1 및 804-2)는 가압기가 트랙(800)의 전면 상으로 삽입될 때 가압기의 코일 스프링의 곡면 부분과 자동적으로 맞물릴 수 있다. 도 12는 트랙(800)의 전면 에지(804-1)과 맞물리는 스프링(806)의 곡면 말단 단면의 부분 측면도이다.
또한 도 12는 가압기 트랙을 포함하는 구성품(1600)과 본 발명의 예시적인 실시예에 따른 전면 레일(1602) 사이에 컴플리멘터리 설부와 홈형 맞물림을 도시한다. 구성품(1600)의 설부(1604)는 전면 레일(1602)의 홈(1606)과 맞물리고, 전면 레일(1602)의 설부(1608)는 구성품의 홈(1610)과 맞물린다.
본 발명은 본 발명을 수행하는 현재의 바람직한 모드를 포함하는 특정 실시예에 관하여 기술되었지만, 당업자는 본 발명의 사상과 범위내에서 상기 기술된 시스템과 기술의 다양한 변형과 교환이 가능하다는 것을 인식할 것이다.

Claims (21)

  1. 상품-디스플레이 시스템으로서,
    디스플레이된 상품을 지지하기 위한 통합된 베이스-및-디바이더 조립체(500)로서,
    선반에 동작가능하게 결합되는 베이스 및,
    상기 디스플레이된 상품을 열들로 분할하기 위한 디바이더(504)로서, 상기 베이스를 가압기 트랙(800)을 갖는 제 1 부분(518)과 제 2 부분(520)으로 분리시키도록 상기 베이스로부터 돌출되는 디바이더를 포함하는 베이스-및-디바이더 조립체; 및,
    상기 선반의 전면 쪽으로 상기 제 1 부분을 따라 상품을 가압하기 위한 상기 가압기 트랙 내의 스프링-압박 가압기(700)를 포함하는,
    상품-디스플레이 시스템.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 베이스과 상기 디바이더는 상기 베이스의 길이와 상기 디바이더의 길이를 감소시키기 위해 각각 제거 가능한 절단 부분들(516-2 및 514-2)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    상품-디스플레이 시스템.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 베이스의 절단부가 제거될 때, 상기 제 1 부분의 후부 근처에서 홀(508) 내로 삽입되는 페그(1300)가 상기 가압기 트랙의 후부에서 상기 가압기가 미끄러져 나오는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    상품-디스플레이 시스템.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 가압기 트랙의 전면 에지(804)는 상기 가압기가 상기 가압기 트랙의 전면 상으로 삽입될 때 상기 가압기의 코일 스프링(806)의 곡면 부분과 자동적으로 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    상품-디스플레이 시스템.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 가압기 트랙은 선반-저장 위치에 상기 트랙의 후부에 인접한 상기 가압기를 고정시키기 위한 함몰부(802)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    상품-디스플레이 시스템.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 가압기는 상기 디바이더와 상기 가압기 트랙 사이의 거리보다 상기 디바이더에서 더 멀리에 위치된 오프셋 부분(702)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    상품-디스플레이 시스템.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 오프셋 부분은 각진 오프셋 부분(704)에 의해 상기 가압기의 하부로부터 오프셋되는 가압기 상부인 것을 특징으로 하는,
    상품-디스플레이 시스템.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 베이스-및-디바이더 조립체의 베이스의 제 1 부분은 상기 베이스-및-디바이더 조립체의 베이스의 제 2 부분보다 더 넓은 것을 특징으로 하는,
    상품-디스플레이 시스템.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    베이스(610, 518) 및 디바이더(608, 504)를 가진 통합된 말단 구성품(600, 1500)을 더 포함하고, 상기 말단 구성품의 디바이더, 상기 베이스-및-디바이더 조립체의 디바이더, 및 상기 가압기는 디스플레이하기 위한 상품을 포함하도록 함께 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    상품-디스플레이 시스템.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 말단 구성품의 베이스는 상기 베이스-및-디바이더 조립체의 제 1 부분에 의해 지지되는 제 1 열의 디스플레이된 상품의 적어도 일 측면에 대향하여 제 1 열의 디스플레이된 상품(1400)의 측면을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는,

    상기 선반(1401)에 동작가능하게 결합되는 베이스로서, 가압기 트랙(800)을 포함하는 베이스를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    상품-디스플레이 시스템.
  14. 제 12 항에 있어서,
    상기 베이스의 가압기 트랙에 스프링-압박 가압기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    상품-디스플레이 시스템.
  15. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 베이스-및-디바이더 조립체는, 상기 선반의 전면 부분을 따라 연장되고 상기 선반의 전면 부분에 부착되는, 전면 레일(1000)과 미끄러지지 않게 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    상품-디스플레이 시스템.
  16. 제 14 항에 있어서,
    상기 전면 레일의 위쪽으로 향하는 표면 상의 기어 치형-모양 돌출부들(1100)과 맞물린 상기 베이스-및-디바이더 조립체의 바닥면의 전면에 인접한 기어 치형-모양 돌출부들(900)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    상품-디스플레이 시스템.
  17. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    디바이더(504)와 통합된 베이스를 포함하는 통합된 말단 구성품(1500)을 더 포함하고, 상기 말단 구성품의 베이스는 상기 선반에 동작가능하게 결합되도록 적응되고 상기 말단 구성품의 디바이더, 상기 베이스-및-디바이더 조립체의 디바이더 및 상기 말단 구성품의 가압기-트랙의 가압기는 디스플레이하기 위한 상품을 포함하도록 함께 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    상품-디스플레이 시스템.
  18. 제 16 항에 있어서,
    상기 말단 구성품의 베이스는 상기 베이스-및-디바이더 조립체의 제 2 부분에 의해 지지되는 제 2 열의 디스플레이된 상품의 적어도 일 측면에 대향하여 제 2 열의 디스플레이된 상품(1402)의 측면을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    상품-디스플레이 시스템.
  19. 제 16 항에 있어서,
    오프셋 가압기를 구비하고 선반에 동작가능하게 결합되는 제 2 통합된 베이스-및-디바이더 조립체(500-1)를 더 포함하고, 베이스-및-디바이더 조립체(500-2)의 제 2 부분(520-2)은 디스플레이된 상품(1402)의 제 1 측면을 지지하고, 상기 제 2 베이스-및-디바이더 조립체의 제 1 부분(518-1)은 상기 제품의, 상기 제 1 측면과 대향하는 측면을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    상품-디스플레이 시스템.
  20. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 베이스는 전면 레일(1000)을 통해 선반(1401)에 동작가능하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
