Claims (3)
- 고에너지 이미징 카메라에 있어서의 카드뮴-텔루르계 방사선 검출기 유닛과,전하 방출수단을 갖는 탈분극화, 스위칭 고전압 전원(10)으로서, 상기 방사선 검출기 유닛과 전기적으로 연결되어 있는 탈분극화, 스위칭 고전압 전원(10)을 포함하는 고에너지 X선 이미징 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탈분극화, 스위칭 고전압 전원(10)은,외부 전원(20)과 연결되고, 상기 전원(10)의 다른 회로들에 조절된 전력을 전달하기 위한 주 동작 전압원 접속(22)을 제공하는 외부 전력 조절 회로(18)와,상기 주 동작 전압원 접속(22)과 전기적으로 연결되어 있고, 상기 탈분극화, 스위칭 고전압 전원(10)의 다른 회로들에 대해 요구되는 낮은 포지티브 및 네거티브 전압을 제공하는 내부 전원(30)과,상기 주 동작 전압원 접속(22)과 전기적으로 연결되어 있고, 상기 검출기 유닛을 동작시키기 위한 낮은 DC 전압을 생성하고 제공하는 저전압 공급 회로(50)와,상기 주 동작 전압원 접속(22)과 전기적으로 연결되어 있고, 고전압 스위치 회로(90)에 전달하기 위한, 고전압 바이어스 출력(72)에서의 높은 바이어스 전압을 생성하고 제공하는 고전압 전원(70)과,상기 주 동작 전압원 접속(22)과 전기적으로 연결되어 있고, 빠른 온/오프 스위칭이 가능하며, 신호 입력(94)에서 관련 신호의 존재에 응답하여 고전압 스위치 출력(92)에서 교대로 높은 DC 전압 바이어스 및 낮은 반대 극성의 DC 방출 전압을 제공하는 고전압 스위치(90)를 포함하고,상기 고전압 스위치 출력(92)에서의 낮은 반대 극성의 DC 방출 전압은 상기 검출기 유닛을 탈분극화시키기 위한 방출수단을 포함하는 고에너지 X선 이미징 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 고전압 스위치(90)는 신호 입력(94)에서의 신호의 존재에 응답하여 고전압 스위치 출력(92)에서 교대로 높은 포지티브 DC 전압 바이어스 및 낮은 네거티브 DC 방출 전압을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고에너지 X선 이미징 시스템.
