Claims (3)
- 합금화용융아연도금강판을 제조하기 위한 공정에서 사용되는 홀딩 존을 냉각 혹은 가열하기 위한 장치에 있어서:상기 홀딩 존의 내부에 대응되게 설치되고 상기 홀딩 존 내부의 온도를 상승시키기 위한 가열부;상기 홀딩 존의 내부에 대응되게 설치되고 상기 홀딩 존 내부를 냉각시키기 위한 냉각부;상기 홀딩 존 내부의 온도를 검출하기 위한 검출부;상기 검출부로부터 전송된 신호를 인식하여 상기 가열부와 상기 냉각부를 제어하기 위한 제어부; 및상기 가열부로부터 발생되는 열원이 직접 강판에 접촉되는 것을 방지하기 위한 방열판을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 홀딩 존 냉, 난방 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 냉각부는, 공기의 순환을 이용하여 냉각 효과를 높이기 위한 팬과 상기 팬을 구동하기 위한 전동부를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 홀딩 존 냉, 난방 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 냉각부는 냉각용 라디에터로 구성되며, 수냉식으로 홀딩 존 내부를 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 홀딩 존 냉, 난방 장치.
