Claims (12)
- i) 제조되는 작업부재의 블랭크의 자유 표면에 금속성 아연 기재 층을 기계적으로 침적하는 단계, 및ⅱ) 상기 작업부재를 소성 변형에 의해 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 변형에 의한 금속 부재 성형 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,성형 작업 이전에, 미리 도포된 상기 금속성 아연 기재 층에, 윤활제 층을 추가로 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 변형에 의한 금속 부재 성형 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 금속성 아연 기재 층은, 아연 기재 합금을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 외층을 갖는 숏(shot)으로 블라스팅 하는 것에 의해 기계적으로 침적되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 변형에 의한 금속 부재 성형 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 금속성 아연 기재 층은, 철 기재 합금으로 이루어지는 숏과 아연 기재 합금을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 외층을 갖는 숏의 혼합물을 이용하여, 블라스팅 하는 것에 의해 기계적으로 침적되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 변형에 의한 금속 부재 성형 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 금속성 아연 기재 층은, 아연 분말의 존재 하에서 철 합금 기재의 숏으로 블라스팅 하는 것에 의해 기계적으로 침적되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 변형에 의한 금속 부재 성형 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 윤활제 층은, 액체 형태로, 특히 흑연 입자 기재의 액체 현탁액을 이용하여 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 변형에 의한 금속 부재 성형 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 윤활제 층은, 고체 형태, 특히 이황화몰리브덴 또는 테플론의 형태로 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 변형에 의한 금속 부재 성형 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,금속성 아연 기재 층을 형성하는 기계적으로 침적된 코팅은, 아연입자, 아연입자와 철입자의 혼합물, 또는 아연-철 합금의 입자가, 바람직하게 50 내지 250 mg/dm2 의 양으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 변형에 의한 금속 부재 성형 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 도포된 윤활제의 층은 300 mg/dm2 의 양인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 변형에 의한 금속 부재 성형 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 냉간 변형은 냉간 프레스(cold press) 작업에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 변형에 의한 금속 부재 성형 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 냉간 변형은 냉간 단조 작업 또는 금속 압출 작업에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 변형에 의한 금속 부재 성형 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 냉간 변형 작업은 와이어 인발 작업에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 변형에 의한 금속 부재 성형 방법.
