Description
塑性変形させる前の被加工材に対し前処理として行われる,前記被加工材の表面に潤滑性を付与するための潤滑処理において,
前記被加工材の表面に,炭化物粉体を乾式で噴射することにより,前記炭化物粉体中の炭素元素を前記被加工材の表面に付着させて成る潤滑被膜を形成する処理を含むことを特徴とする(請求項1)。
被加工材の表面に,炭化物粉体の噴射によって潤滑被膜を形成したことで,被加工材の表面に潤滑性を付与することができた。
直径20mm,長さ40mmの円柱形状を有するSUS304製の被加工材に対し,下記の表1に示す条件で炭化物粉体の噴射を行い,被加工材の表面に,炭化物粉体中の炭素元素の付着と,炭素層(潤滑被膜)が形成されることを確認した。
以上のようにして炭化物粉体の噴射を行った後の被加工材をパーツフィーダで1個ずつコーティング装置に搬送して,更に表面に潤滑剤として温間鍛造油(固体潤滑剤としてグラファイトを含有)を塗布して,潤滑処理を終了した。
Claims (7)
- 塑性変形させる前の被加工材に対し前処理として行われる,前記被加工材の表面に潤滑性を付与するための潤滑処理において,
前記被加工材の表面に,炭化物粉体を乾式で噴射することにより,前記炭化物粉体中の炭素元素を前記被加工材の表面に付着させて成る潤滑被膜を形成する処理を含むことを特徴とする,塑性加工用被加工材の潤滑処理方法。 - 前記炭化物粉体が,六方結晶構造を有する炭化物の粉体であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の塑性加工用被加工材の潤滑処理方法。
- 前記潤滑被膜が形成された前記被加工材の表面を,算術平均粗さ(Ra)で0.2μm以上の凹凸に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の塑性加工用被加工材の潤滑処理方法。
- 粒径が♯220〜♯1000の前記炭化物粉体を,噴射速度80〜250m/sec,又は噴射圧力を0.2〜0.6MPaで噴射することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の塑性加工用被加工材の潤滑処理方法。
- 前記潤滑被膜が形成された前記被加工材の表面に,更に潤滑剤を塗布する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載の塑性加工用被加工材の潤滑処理方法。
- 前記潤滑被膜が形成された前記被加工材の表面に,更に化成処理により潤滑性を有する化成被膜を形成する工程と,前記化成被膜上に更に潤滑剤を塗布する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載の塑性加工用被加工材の潤滑処理方法。
- 塑性変形前の被加工材の表面に,六方結晶構造を有する炭化物粉体中の炭素元素が付着した潤滑被膜を有すると共に,前記潤滑被膜の表面が,算術平均粗さ(Ra)で0.2μm以上の凹凸であることを特徴とする塑性加工用被加工材。
