Claims (10)
- 표면에는 복수의 홈 형상 슬릿에 의해 정해지는 복수의 셀 블록을 갖고, 이면에는 슬릿과 각각 연통하는 복수의 이면 구멍을 갖는 판으로 구성되는 하니컴 성형용 다이로서,상기 판은 초경 합금 재료로 이루어지고, 상기 초경 합금 재료는 전이금속 원소 계열의 초경 금속 탄화 화합물 분말을, 철족 금속을 결합재로 하여 압축 성형한 후 소결한 것이며, 상기 셀 블록과 상기 이면 구멍과의 접합 면적의 비율이 35∼65%인 것을 특징으로 하는 하니컴 성형용 다이.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 셀 블록의 높이가 2∼5 ㎜인 것인 하니컴 성형용 다이.
- 표면에는 복수의 홈 형상 슬릿에 의해 정해지는 복수의 셀 블록을 갖고, 이면에는 슬릿과 각각 연통하는 복수의 이면 구멍을 갖는 판으로 구성되는 하니컴 성형용 다이와,상기 하니컴 성형용 다이로부터 압출되는 하니컴의 형상 및 사이즈를 결정하는 유지판과,상기 이면 구멍에 균일하게 흐르는 배토량을 제어하는 이면 유지판을 구비하는 하니컴 성형용 다이 지그로서,상기 다이 및 상기 유지판은 소결에 의해 얻어지는 초경 합금 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하니컴 성형용 다이 지그.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 이면 유지판은 초경 합금으로 이루어지는 것인 하니컴 성형용 다이 지그.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유지판 및 상기 이면 유지판의 상기 배토와 접촉하는 상태로 있는 부분만을 초경 합금으로 제조한 것인 하니컴 성형용 다이 지그.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 초경 합금은 전이금속 원소 계열의 초경 금속 탄화 화합물 분말을 철족 금속을 결합재로 하여 압축 성형한 후 소결한 것인 하니컴 성형용 다이 지그.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 초경 합금은 전이금속 원소 계열의 초경 금속 탄화 화합물 분말을 철족 금속을 결합재로 하여 압축 성형한 후 소결한 것인 하니컴 성형용 다이 지그.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 초경 합금은 전이금속 원소 계열의 초경 금속 탄화 화합물 분말을 철족 금속을 결합재로 하여 압축 성형한 후 소결한 것인 하니컴 성형용 다이 지그.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 셀 블록과 상기 이면 구멍과의 접합 면적의 비율이 35∼65%인 것인 하니컴 성형용 다이 지그.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 셀 블록을 형성하는 슬릿의 높이가 2∼5 ㎜인 것인 하니컴 성형용 다이 지그.
