Claims (11)
- 케이스체의 중앙에 구획되며 내부가 제진된 분위기로 유지되는 작업 공간과, 상기 작업 공간의 상부에 배치되며 작업 공간의 상부로부터 제진된 공기를 작업 공간으로 보내는 제진 유닛과, 상기 작업 공간의 전면에 형성되며 작업 공간의 하부에 일정한 간극을 형성하면서 전면을 덮는 전면 커버와, 상기 작업 공간의 하부에 구획되며 작업 공간의 공기가 유입되는 정류 공간과, 상기 정류 공간과 상기 제진 유닛 사이에서 공기를 유통 가능하게 연결하는 환류(還流) 덕트와, 외기를 정류 공간 또는 환류 덕트에 도입하는 흡기부를 구비하고,상기 작업 공간의 바닥면으로부터 상기 정류 공간으로 연장되는 정류판을 추가로 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 클린 벤치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제진 유닛은 주(主)제진 필터와 제 1 보조 필터를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 클린 벤치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 작업 공간의 전면 측 개구의 하단 가장자리에는 상기 케이스체의 전면으로부터 비스듬하게 아래 방향을 향하여 돌출되는 차양판을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 클린 벤치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 작업 공간의 배면에는 광투과성 배판이 부착되며, 상기 배판을 통하여 이면측으로부터 상기 작업 공간을 조명하는 조명 장치를 추가로 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 클린 벤치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흡기부에는 제 2 보조 필터를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 클린 벤치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 정류판으로 구획되는 정류 공간의 폭을 상기 환류 덕트의 폭과 거의 동일하게 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 클린 벤치.
- 케이스체의 중앙에 구획되며 내부가 제진된 분위기로 유지되는 작업 공간과, 상기 작업 공간의 상부에 배치되며 작업 공간의 상부로부터 제진된 공기를 작업 공간으로 보내는 제진 유닛과, 상기 작업 공간의 전면에 형성되며 작업 공간의 하부에 일정한 간극을 형성하여 중앙부가 상기 작업 공간 내로 돌출되도록 굴곡하면서 전면을 덮는 전면 커버와, 상기 작업 공간의 하부에 구획되며 작업 공간의 공기가 유입되는 정류 공간과, 상기 정류 공간과 상기 제진 유닛 사이에서 공기를 유통 가능하게 연결하는 환류 덕트와, 외기를 정류 공간 또는 환류 덕트에 도입하는 흡기부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 클린 벤치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 전면 커버의 선단 측에는 상기 간극의 간격을 조절 할 수 있는 스커트부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 클린 벤치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 작업 공간의 전면 측 개구의 하단 가장자리에는 상기 케이스체의 전면으로부터 비스듬하게 아래 방향을 향하여 돌출되는 차양판을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 클린 벤치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 정류 공간의 전면 측에는, 상기 정류 공간과 구획되며 전면측이 개방된 하부 공간이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 클린 벤치.
