Claims (7)
- 作業ステージを有する作業空間と、該作業空間の前面に形成される前面板と、該前面板の下部に設けられた作業開口と、前記作業ステージの前方側であって前記作業開口の近傍に設けられた下方に通じる吸気口と、該吸気口から吸引された空気が前記作業空間の下部、背面、上部を通る空気循環路が設けられた安全キャビネットであって、
パーティクルカウンタと、
前記作業空間に前記パーティクルカウンタに空気を取り入れる作業空間エアー取り入れ口と、
該作業空間エアー取り入れ口から前記パーティクルカウンタに空気を導入する導入配管と、
前記吸気口の近傍に前記パーティクルカウンタに空気を取り入れる吸気口エアー取り入れ口と、
該吸気口エアー取り入れ口から前記パーティクルカウンタに空気を導入する導入配管と、
前記作業空間の上側に、前記空気循環路の空気を該作業空間に吹き出す吹き出し側FFUと、前記空気循環路の空気を外部に排出する排気側FFUと、
制御装置を有し、
該制御装置は、前記作業空間エアー取り入れ口からの空気の前記パーティクルカウンタで計測した第1の微粒子数と第1の設定閾値を比較し、前記吸気口エアー取り入れ口からの空気の前記パーティクルカウンタで計測した第2の微粒子数と第2の設定閾値を比較し、前記第1の微粒子数が前記第1の設定閾値以下で、前記第2の微粒子数が前記第2の設定閾値以上のとき、前記排気側FFUの稼働を強化することを特徴とする安全キャビネット。 - 請求項1に記載の安全キャビネットであって、
前記作業空間エアー取り入れ口を複数有し、該複数の作業空間エアー取り入れ口それぞれに対して導入配管とパーティクルカウンタを複数有することを特徴とする安全キャビネット。 - 請求項1に記載の安全キャビネットであって、
前記作業空間エアー取り入れ口を複数有し、
該複数の作業空間エアー取り入れ口それぞれに対して複数の導入配管を有し、
前記複数の導入配管からの空気を分岐切り替えて前記パーティクルカウンタに接続する分岐切り替えユニットを有することを特徴とする安全キャビネット。 - 請求項1に記載の安全キャビネットであって、
前記制御装置は、前記パーティクルカウンタで計測した微粒子数と設定閾値を比較し、該設定閾値を超えたらアラームを発することを特徴とする安全キャビネット。 - 請求項1に記載の安全キャビネットであって、
ディスプレイを有し、
前記制御装置は、前記パーティクルカウンタで計測した微粒子数と設定閾値を比較し、該設定閾値を超えたら対応をディスプレイに表示することを特徴とする安全キャビネット。 - 請求項1に記載の安全キャビネットであって、
前記吸気口エアー取り入れ口からの空気を取り込む第2のパーティクルカウンタを有することを特徴とする安全キャビネット。 - 請求項1に記載の安全キャビネットであって、
前記作業空間エアー取り入れ口からの空気と前記吸気口エアー取り入れ口からの空気を分岐切り替えて前記パーティクルカウンタに取り込む分岐切り替えユニットを有することを特徴とする安全キャビネット。
