Claims (8)
- (a) 시트재의 이동 방향에 관계하여 횡으로 연장하는 샤프트와; (b) 샤프트와 함께 회전하기 위하여 종방향 간격으로 샤프트에 장착되는 다수의 캠들과; (c) 샤프트를 따라서 연장하며 캠들의 위치에 대응하는 위치에 다수의 캠 종동자들을 가지는 타이 바와; (d) 천공 위치로 그리고 천공 위치로부터 이동하기 위하여 종방향 배열로 타이 바에 연결되는 다수의 펀치들과; (e) 시트에 구멍을 만들도록 펀치들과 협응하기 위하여 펀치와 정렬된 다수의 구멍을 가지는 다이 프레임을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트재 천공 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 캠들은 그 종방향 단부 부분에서 타이 바에 장착되는 한 쌍의 편심캠들인 것을 특징으로 하는 시트재 천공 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 편심캠들은 위상차를 가지고 정렬되는 것에 의하여, 상기 타이 바는 경사진 종방향 중심축과 함께 천공 위치를 향하여 그리고 천공 위치로부터 교번적으로 이동하여, 펀치들이 상이한 천공 시점을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트재 천공 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 타이 바를 따라서 배열된 상기 펀치들은 한 쪽 단부에 배치된 것으로부터 다른 쪽 단부에 배치된 것으로 점차적으로 증가하는 길이르를 가지는 것에 의하여, 상기 펀치는 상이한 천공 시점으로 작업하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트재 천공 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 타이 바는 증가된 단면 계수를 가지는 절곡된 시트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트재 천공 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 각각의 펀치가 펀치 가이드에 의하여 가이드되어서, 상기 펀치는 펀치가 편심캠들과 캠 종동자들의 활주 접촉에 의한 굽힘력을 받을 때 조차도 펀치 가이드의 내부벽을 통하여 상하로 이동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트재 천공 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 각각의 펀치는 타이 단부면 상에서 대각으로 연장하는 V 형상의 날 형성 노치를 가지며, 상기 V 형상의 노치는 시트재의 이동 방향을 따라서 향하게 되어서, 전단력은 천공 작업시에 급격한 강하없이 0으로 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트재 천공 장치.
- (a) 시트재의 이동 방향에 관계하여 횡으로 연장하는 샤프트와; (b) 샤프트와 함께 회전하기 위하여 두 종방향 단부 부분들에서 샤프트에 장착되는 다수의 캠들과; (c) 샤프트를 따라서 횡으로 연장하며 캠들의 위치에 대응하는 위치에서 한 쌍의 캠 종동자들을 가지는 타이 바와; (d) 천공 위치로 그리고 천공 위치로부터 이동하기 위한 종방향 배열로 타이 바에 연결되는 다수의 펀치들과; (e) 타이 바를 따라서 횡으로 연장하며 다수의 펀치 가이드들이 펀치와 정렬하여 고정되는 프레임과; (f) 시트에 구멍을 만들도록 펀치들과 협응하기 위해 펀치들과 정렬하여 다수의 구멍들을 가지는 다이 프레임을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트재 천공 장치.
