Claims (4)
- 컨베이어에 의해 화물이 이송된 후 상기 화물을 운송수단에 적재하는 적재시스템에 있어서,상기 적재시스템은 컨베이어(110)와 래치이송부(120)에 의해 화물을 이송하는 제1이송부(100)와 상기 이송된 화물을 아암(211)에 의해 적재부(400)로 이송하는 제2이송부(200)와 화물을 운송수단에 적재하기 위한 적재부(400) 및 상기 적재부(400)를 화물운송수단으로 이동시키기 위한 크레인 구동부(300)로 구성되는데,여기서 상기 래치 이송부(120)는 코일 스프링(124)에 의해 고정되는 래치(121)와 상기 래치(121)가 관통되어 고정되는 래치 이송판(125)과 상기 래치 이송판(125)을 이동시키는 실린더(129)로 구성되고,상기 적재부(400)는 화물을 밀어주는 푸셔(410)와, 상기 푸셔(410)를 지지하는 푸셔베이스(420)와, 상기 푸셔(410)를 구동하기 위한 푸셔구동부(430)로 구성되고,상기 크레인 구동부(300)는 상기 푸셔베이스(420)와 연결되는 크레인 붐(310)과 상기 크레인 붐(310)을 이동시키는 실린더(330, 340)와 상기 크레인 붐(310)을 지지하는 크레인 베이스(320)와 상기 크레인 베이스(320)의 하부에 설치되는 슬라이딩부(350)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동적재시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 크레인 베이스(320)는 크레인 붐(310)의 하부측과 연 결되는 실린더(322)와, 상기 실린더(321)의 상하운동을 가이드하는 롤러가이드(321b)와 상기 롤러가이드(321b)가 고정되는 외벽(321a)과, 상기 외벽(321a)의 양 측면에 설치되는 보호막(321d)를 구비하는 하우징(321)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동적재시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적재부(400)의 바닥판(432)의 단부에는 장애물 감지센서(423a), 적재위치 근접확인센서(423b), 트럭높낮이 감지센서(423c)가 설치되고, 상기 바닥판(432)의 하부에는 롤러(423d)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동적재시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 적재부(400)의 푸셔구동부(430)는 모터(431), 워엄기어(432), 피니언기어(433), 랙기어(434)가 순차적으로 연결되고, 상기 랙기어(434)의 하면에는 직선운동가이드(436)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동적재시스템.
