Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 다음의 단계를 포함하는, 수산화니켈의 결정도를 감소시키는 방법 :a) 암모니아, 황산나트륨, 산소 그리고 니켈 분말을 포함하는 슬러리를 제공하는 단계;b) 이종핵의 과 포화된 용액을 형성하기 위하여 황산니켈 및 수산화나트륨을 함유하는 용액의 흐름을 서로 밀접하게 강제로 연합하는 단계;c) 이종핵의 과 포화된 용액을 슬러리에 도입하는 단계; 그리고d) 슬러리에서 0.5° 이상의 FWHM을 갖는 수산화니켈을 생성하는 단계.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 황산니켈과 수산화나트륨 용액의 흐름은 뉴클리에이터에 도입되며, 이종핵의 과 포화된 용액을 형성하기 위하여 강제로 두 용액이 혼합되고, 과 포화된 용액은 슬러리로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수산화니켈의 결정도를 감소시키는 방법
- 제 2항에 있어서, 황산니켈과 수산화나트륨 용액의 흐름을 동심관 뉴클리에이터로 도입하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수산화니켈의 결정도를 감소시키는 방법
- 제 2항에 있어서, 황산니켈과 수산화나트륨 용액의 흐름을 초음파관 뉴클리에이터로 도입하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수산화니켈의 결정도를 감소시키는 방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 날개바퀴는 슬러리를 휘저으며 황산니켈 및 수산화나트륨 용액의 하나 이상의 흐름이 날개바퀴 근처에서 슬러리에 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수산화니켈의 결정도를 감소시키는 방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 니켈 분말은 니켈 카보닐 분해에 의하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수산화니켈의 결정도를 감소시키는 방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 수산화코발트가 슬러리에 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수산화니켈의 결정도를 감소시키는 방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 이종핵의 과 포화된 용액은 슬러리 외부에서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수산화니켈의 결정도를 감소시키는 방법
- 제 1항에 있어서. 이종핵의 과 포화된 용액은 슬러리 내에서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수산화니켈의 결정도를 감소시키는 방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 황산니켈과 수산화나트륨 용액의 흐름을 강제로 결정핵 생성하게 하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수산화니켈의 결정도를 감소시키는 방법
