Claims (2)
- 원추형 X선 빔을 검사대상인 목표물에 조사하기 위한 X선 공급원과;목표물의 X선 형광투시 데이터를 얻기 위해 상기 X선 공급원에 대향하도록 X선 공급원의 X선 광축에 배치된 이차원 X선 검출기와;목표물을 장착하고 X선 광축에 수직인 축을 중심으로 목표물을 회전시키기 위하여, 상기 X선 공급원과 이차원 X선 검출기 사이에 배치된 회전선반과;상기 회전선반을 적어도 회전축 방향으로 이동시키는 이동기구와;상기 회전선반을 회전시키면서 촬영하여 얻어진 이차원 X선 검출기로부터의 픽셀 데이터를 사용하여, 상기 회전선반의 회전축과 수직을 이루는 평면 상에서 잘려지는 목표물에 대한 다수의 단층사진을 재구성하기 위한 데이터처리부와;를 구비하는 컴퓨터 단층촬영 장치에 있어서,상기 회전선반을 그 회전축 방향으로 이동시킬 때의 방향을 설정하는 방향설정부와, 촬영횟수를 설정하기 위한 촬영횟수 설정부를 구비함과 함께,연속촬영 명령을 부여함으로써, 상기 회전선반의 초기위치에서의 촬영후, 촬영횟수가 상기 설정횟수로 되도록, 촬영할 때마다 상기 회전선반을 이차원 X선 검출기의 상기 회전축 방향으로의 유효시계만큼 상기 설정된 방향으로 이동시키는 이동기구제어부를 구비하며,상기 데이터처리부는, 상기 연속촬영 명령의 부여에 의해 얻어진 다수의 촬영데이터마다 재구성된 다수의 X선 단층사진을 서로 연결하여 목표물의 삼차원 데이터로서 합체시키는 처리기능을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 단층촬영 장치.
