Abstract
Description
Claims (23)
- 내연 기관에서 각각 흡기 포트를 구비한 엔진 실린더로 블로바이 가스를 순환시키기 위한 장치이며,제1 통로를 한정하는 실린더 헤드 커버의 측벽과, 상기 실린더 헤드 커버의 측벽으로부터 외향으로 연장된 실린더 헤드 커버의 하부 플랜지를 구비한 실린더 헤드 커버와,실린더 헤드의 측벽과, 상기 실린더 헤드 커버의 하부 플랜지와 협력작동하여 인접면을 형성하고 사이에는 제2 통로가 배열되는 실린더 헤드의 상부 플랜지를 구비한 실린더 헤드를 포함하고,상기 제2 통로는 제1 통로와 연결되며 엔진 실린더의 열 방향으로 연장되고, 상기 실린더 헤드의 측벽은 실린더 헤드의 상부 플랜지에 개방되어 제2 통로와 연통되는 일단부와, 각각의 엔진 실린더의 흡기 포트에 개방된 대향 단부를 각각 갖는 복수의 제3 통로를 한정하는 블로바이 가스 순환 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 통로는 실린더 헤드 커버의 하부 플랜지에 형성된 홈 및 실린더 헤드의 상부 플랜지에 의해 한정되는 블로바이 가스 순환 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 실린더 헤드 커버와 실린더 헤드 사이에 개재되고 제2 통로의 전체 주연부를 둘러싸는 부분을 구비한 시일을 더 포함하는 블로바이 가스 순환 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제2 통로를 관통하는 블로바이 가스의 유동량을 조절하기 위해 홈의 바닥부에 배열된 파티션벽을 더 포함하는 블로바이 가스 순환 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 파티션벽은 실린더 헤드 커버의 하부 플랜지와 일체식으로 형성되는 블로바이 가스 순환 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 통로는 엔진 실린더의 열 방향으로 연장된 블로바이 가스 주통로 및 블로바이 가스 주통로와 제2 통로를 연통시키는 연통 통로를 포함하고, 상기 블로바이 가스 주통로는 실린더 헤드 커버 내측에 배치된 판과 실린더 헤드 커버의 측벽에 의해 한정되고, 연통 통로는 실린더 헤드 커버의 측벽에 형성되는 블로바이 가스 순환 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 연통 통로는 엔진 실린더의 열 방향과 수직 방향 및 인접면과 평행한 방향으로 연장되고 블로바이 가스 주통로와 연결된 측방향 연통 통로와, 측방향 연통 통로와 제2 통로를 연결하고 인접면에 수직 방향으로 연장된 수직 연통 통로를 포함하는 블로바이 가스 순환 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제2 통로는 복수의 제3 통로를 통해 한 쌍의 엔진 실린로 블로바이 가스를 분배하기 위한 복수의 제2 통로를 포함하고, 각각의 복수의 제2 통로는 연통 통로를 통해 공통 블로바이 가스 주통로와 연통되는 블로바이 가 스 순환 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 실린더 헤드 커버의 측벽은 실린더 헤드 커버의 측벽의 일부로부터 외향으로 연장된 제1 확장부를 포함하고, 실린더 헤드의 측벽은 실린더 헤드의 측벽의 일부로부터 외향으로 연장되고 제1 확장부에 상응하여 배치된 제2 확장부를 포함하고, 제2 통로는 제1과 제2 확장부 사이에 배치되고, 연통 통로는 제1 확장부를 통해 연장되는 블로바이 가스 순환 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제1 확장부는 그와 일체식으로 형성된 보스부를 포함하고, 제1 및 제2 확장부는 보스부에 배치된 체결 부재를 사용하여 서로 결합되는 블로바이 가스 순환 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 내연 기관은 실린더 헤드의 측벽에 배치된 연료 튜브 및 연료 튜브를 덮도록 일반적으로 U자형 단면을 가진 보호 커버를 포함하고, 상기 보호 커버는 체결 부재에 의해 보스부 상에 지지된 일단부를 포함하는 블로바이 가스 순환 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내연 기관은 흡기 포트 내측의 흡기 경로를 두 개의 흡기 통로로 분할하는 파티션벽을 포함하고, 각각의 복수의 제3 통로는 두 개의 흡기 통로 중 하나에 개방된 일단부를 갖는 블로바이 가스 순환 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 제3 통로의 각각의 일단부는 파티션벽의 하류의 두 개의 흡기 통로 중 하나에 개방되는 블로바이 가스 순환 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 통로 안으로 유동하는 블로바이 가스의 유동량을 조절하도록 작동되는 블로바이 가스 제어 밸브를 더 포함하고, 상기 블로바이 가스 제어 밸브는 실린더 헤드 커버에 장착되는 블로바이 가스 순환 장치.
