- 얻어져야 할 전지용 부극관의 형상에 대응한 재료 부재를 준비하는 공정과,중심축에 따라 늘어남과 함께 측벽을 갖는 통형상체로 되도록 상기 재료 부재를 변형시키는 통형상체 형성 공정과,상기 측벽에 대해 프레스 가공을 행함에 의해, 상기 측벽에서, 상기 측벽의 단부에 위치하고 상대적으로 두께가 두꺼운 후육부와, 상기 후육부 이외의 부분으로서 상기 후육부의 두께보다 상대적으로 두께가 얇은 박육부를 형성하는 두께 변경 공정과,상기 측벽에 프레스 가공을 행함에 의해, 상기 후육부의 외주면과 상기 중심축 사이의 거리를, 상기 박육부의 외주면과 상기 중심축 사이의 거리와 동등하게 하는 한편, 상기 후육부의 내주면과 상기 중심축 사이의 거리를, 상기 박육부의 내주면과 상기 중심축 사이의 거리보다 작게 하는 가공 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 부극관의 제조 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 두께 변경 공정의 후이며 상기 가공 공정 전에, 상기 측벽에서의 상기 후육부의 두께를 변경하는 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 부극관의 제조 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 두께 변경 공정에서 형성되는 상기 박육부의 두께는, 얻어져야 할 전지용 부극관의 측벽에서의 박육부의 두께와 동등한 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 부극관의 제조 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 가공 공정은, 통형상의 개구부가 형성된 다이와, 상기 개구부에 삽입 가능한 펀치와의 사이에, 상기 두께 변경 공정에 의해 상기 후육부와 상기 박육부가 형성된 통형상체를 배치하는 공정과,상기 개구부의 내부에 상기 통형상체와 함께 상기 펀치를 삽입하는 공정을 포함하고,상기 다이의 상기 개구부의 내주면으로부터 상기 중심축까지의 거리는, 얻어져야 할 부극관의 외주면과 중심축 사이의 거리와 동등하고,상기 펀치의 외주면으로부터 상기 중심축까지의 거리는, 상기 후육부의 내주면과 상기 중심축 사이의 거리와 동등한 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 부극관의 제조 방법.
