Claims (9)
- 광원과,광 디스크가 장전되는 광 디스크 장전부와,상기 광 디스크 장전부에 장전된 상기 광 디스크와 상기 광원 사이에 설치되어 상기 광원으로부터 출사된 광 빔을 수속하는 수속 광학계와,상기광 디스크 장전부에 장전된 광디스크가 기록형 광디스크 또는 재생전용 광디스크 중 어느 것인지를 나타내는 정보를 포함하는 광디스크 판별신호를 생성하는 판별회로와,상기 광빔이 상기 광디스크 상에서 소정의 수속상태가 되도록 포커스 제어가 상기 수속 광학계에 대하여 행해지기 전에, 상기 광 디스크 판별신호에 기초하여 상기 광 빔의 상기 광디스크 상에서의 조사강도를 변화시키는 조사강도 조정기구를 구비한 광디스크 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 조사강도 조정기구는 상기 광 디스크 판별신호에 기초하여 상기 광원으로부터 출사되는 광 빔의 출사강도를 변화시키는 광 디스크 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 조사강도 조정기구는 상기 광 디스크 판별신호에 기초하여 상기 광원으로부터 출사된 광 빔의 상기 광 디스크 상에서의 스포트 사이즈를 변화시키는 광 디스크 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 조사강도 조정기구는 상기 광 디스크 판별신호에 기초하여 상기 광원으로부터 출사된 광 빔의 강도를 변화시키는 광학소자를, 상기 광원으로부터 상기 광 디스크에 이르는 광로 상에 삽입, 배제하거나 또는 상기 광학소자의 광 투과율을 변화시키는 광 디스크 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 판별회로는 상기 광 디스크 장전부에 장전된 광 디스크로부터의 신호에 기초하여 상기 광 디스크의 종류를 판별하고 판별 결과에 따라 상기 판별신호를 출력하는 광 디스크 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 조사강도 조정기구는 상기 광 디스크 판별신호가 기록형 광 디스크를 나타내는 경우 상기 광 빔의 상기 광 디스크 상에서의 조사강도를, 상기 광 디스크 판별신호가 재생전용형 광 디스크를 나타내는 경우의 상기 광 빔의 상기 광 디스크 상에서의 조사강도보다 낮게 하는 광 디스크 장치.
- 제 1항 기재의 광 디스크 장치와,상기 광 디스크 장치에 기록하기 위한 정보 및/또는 상기 광 디스크 장치로 부터 재생된 정보를 처리하는 연산회로를 갖는 컴퓨터.
- 제 6항에 있어서,동일 파장에 의해 기록 또는 재생을 행하는 디스크에 관하여, 기록형 디스크의 조사강도를 재생전용 광디스크의 조사강도보다 낮게 하는 광디스크장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 판별회로는, 상기 광디스크 장전부에 장전된 광디스크가 반복기록 가능한 광디스크, 1회만 기록 가능한 광디스크, 또는 재생전용 광디스크 중 어느 하나를 나타내는 정보를 포함하는 디스크 판별신호를 생성하고,상기 조사조정기구는, 상기 광디스크 판별신호가 상기 장전된 광디스크가 반복기록 가능한 광디스크인 것을 나타내는 경우에는 재생전용 광디스크인 경우보다도 조사강도를 작게 하고, 1회만 기록 가능한 광디스크인 경우에는 반복기록 가능한 광디스크인 경우보다도 조사강도를 더 작게 하는 광디스크장치.
