Claims (7)
- 공업적인 BF3 수화물과 발연 황산으로부터 삼플루오르화 붕소와 황산을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 하기의 (a), (b) 및 (c) 의 연속적인 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:(a) 발연 황산을 공업적인 BF3 수화물과 반응시키는 단계,(b) 기체상 BF3 를 회수하여 유리시키는 단계, 및(c) 단계 (a) 의 부산물인 황산을, 불순물로서 존재하는 유기 화합물을 제거하기 위해 과산화 수소로 처리하고 또한 황산내에 용해된 모든 BF3 를 제거하기 위해 공기로 처리하는 단계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 공업적인 BF3 수화물의 BF3 함량이 35 내지 65.3% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 단계 (a) 에서, 공업적인 수화물의 양 (유리되거나 착화된 물의 총 몰수로 표현됨) 에 대한 발연 황산의 양 (SO3 의 몰수로 표현됨) 의 비율이 0.5 내지 1.5 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 단계 (a) 가 75 내지 110 ℃ 의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 몰수로 표현된 H2O2 의 양이 공업적인 BF3 수화물중에 존재하는 유기 기원의 탄소의 몰당량수의 4 내지 200 배인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, H2O2 로의 처리가 80 내지 115 ℃ 의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 반응이 연속적으로 조작되고, 발연 황산과 공업적인 BF3 수화물의 반응이 일어나는 반응기는 두번째 반응기로 이어지는 배수관에 의해 반응 매질의 높이가 일정하게 유지되는 교반 반응기인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
