Description
Claims (3)
- 지지 부재 및 해당 지지 부재의 선단측에 배설된 검출용 통로를 가지며, 홀더 삽입 구멍이 해당 지지 부재에 그 기단 외측과 해당 검출용 통로를 연통하도록 형성된 외형 구조 부재와, 선단측에 마련된 소자 탑재부가 상기 검출용 통로 내로 연장하도록 상기 홀더 삽입 구멍에 삽입되어 상기 외형 구조 부재에 부착된 홀더와, 상기 소자 탑재부에 배설되고, 피계측 유체의 유량을 검출하기 위한 유량 검출 소자와, 상기 유량 검출 소자에 전기적으로 접속되고, 해당 유량 검출 소자로의 통전 전류를 제어하는 전자 회로부를 구비하고, 상기 검출용 통로를 상기 피계측 유체가 유통하는 주통로 내에 위치시키도록 해당 주통로에 개구된 부착구에 삽입되고, 해당 피계측 유체의 유량을 검출하는 플러그인 구조의 유량 센서에 있어서,상기 유량 검출 소자와 상기 전자 회로부와의 전기적 접속부가 상기 홀더의 상기 홀더 삽입 구멍 내에 위치하는 부위에 구성되고, 또한, 상기 홀더가, 그 기단측을 상기 외형 구조 부재에 고정되고, 해당 외형 구조 부재에 캔틸레버식으로 지지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량 센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서,제진성을 갖는 탄성체가 상기 홀더 삽입 구멍의 내벽면과 상기 홀더와의 사이에 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량 센서.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 지지 부재의 기단측에 배설된 회로 수납부와, 일단을 상기 소자 탑재부측에 노출시키고, 또한, 타단을 기단측으로 연장시키도록 상기 홀더에 매설된 터미널 도체를 구비하고,상기 유량 검출 소자가 상기 터미널 도체의 일단에 전기적으로 접속되고, 상기 전자 회로부가 상기 회로 수납부에 수납되고, 상기 터미널 도체의 타단에 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량 센서.
