Claims (9)
- 질량 %로, C : 0.03% 이하, Si : 0.5% 이하, Mn : 2% 이하, P : 0.04% 이하, S : 0.003%이하, Cr : 26% 이상 ∼ 28% 미만, Ni : 6 ∼ 10%, Mo : 0.2 ∼ 1.7%, W : 2% 초과 ∼ 3% , N : 0.3% 초과 ∼ 0.4%를 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불순물로 이루어지며 불순물로서의 Cu가 0.3% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 요소제조 플랜트용 2상 스테인레스강.
- 질량 %로, C : 0.03% 이하, Si : 0.5% 이하, Mn : 2% 이하, P : 0.04% 이하, S : 0.003%이하, Cr : 26% 이상 ∼ 28% 미만, Ni : 6 ∼ 10%, Mo : 0.2 ∼ 1.7%, W : 2% 초과 ∼ 3% , N : 0.3% 초과 ∼ 0.4%를 함유하고 , 또한 Ca : 0.0001 ∼ 0.01%, Ce : 0.0001 ∼ 0.07% 및 B : 0.0001 ∼ 0.01% 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 함유하며, 잔부가 Fe 및 불순물로 이루어지고, 불순물로서의 Cu가 0.3% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 요소제조 플랜트용 2상 스테인레스강.
- 제 1항에 있어서,질량 %로, 불순물인 Al이 0.05% 이하, O(산소)가 0.01% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 요소제조 플랜트용 2상 스테인레스강.
- 제 2항에 있어서,질량 %로, 불순물인 Al이 0.05% 이하, O(산소)가 0.01% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 요소제조 플랜트용 2상 스테인레스강.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한항에 있어서,하기의 식으로 얻어지는 경도의 증가(△Hv)가 80 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 요소제조 플랜트용 2상 스테인레스강.△Hv = Hv1 - Hv2여기서, Hv1은, 용체화 처리 및 800℃에서 30분 가열하여 수냉하는 열처리를 실시한 후의 강의 비커스 경도이고, Hv2는 용체화 처리를 실시한 후의 강의 비커스 경도이다.
- 스트립퍼관, 콘덴서관, 반응기 및 배관의 적어도 하나가 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 2상 스테인레스강으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 요소제조 플랜트.
- 스트립퍼관, 콘덴서관, 반응기 및 배관의 적어도 하나가 제 5항에 기재된, 2상 스테인레스강으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 요소제조 플랜트.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 2상 스테인레스강으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접재료.
- 제 5 항에 기재된 2상 스테인레스강으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접재료.
