Claims (3)
- 판형의 검출소자를 소정의 유로 내에 배치하기 위한 홀더에 있어서,상기 홀더는, 상기 검출소자를 소정의 위치에 설치하기 위한 수납부와, 흡입유체의 흐름을 조절하기 위한 정류구조부와, 상기 검출소자의 신호를 추출하기 위한 접속단자가 매설되고 절연재료를 매개로 상기 정류구조부와 일체로 형성된 접속단자 고정부 및, 상기 수납부의 저면에 돌출되어 상기 검출소자의 두께방향에 대한 설치높이를 규정하는 복수개의 위치규정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감열식 유량 센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 접속단자는, 그 표면이 노출되도록 상기 홀더의 접속 단자 고정부에 매설된 것을 특징으로 하는 감열식 유량 센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 정류 구조부는, 양측부에 둥근 핀 판 형상 또는 날개 형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 감열식 유량 센서.
