Description
Claims (8)
- 합착된 제 1 기판과 제 2 기판의 사이에 액정을 주입하기 위한 액정 주입장치로서,전원공급부와;상기 전원공급부로부터 전원을 인가받고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 기판의 바깥면에 각각 접촉하여 배치되며, 상기 전원공급부에서 인가받은 전원에 의해 그 사이의 영역에 전기장을 형성하는 제 1 및 제 2 전극부를 포함하는 액정 주입장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 전원공급부에서 인가하는 전원은 직류전원인 액정 주입장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 전원공급부에서 인가하는 전원은 교류전원인 액정 주입장치.
- 배향막이 형성된 제 1 기판과 제 2 기판을 구비하는 단계와;상기 제 1 및 제 2 기판을 상기 배향막이 형성된 면이 서로 마주보도록 하여 합착하는 단계와;상기 합착된 제 1 및 제 2 기판의 바깥면 각각에 전원공급부와 각각 연결된 제 1 및 제 2 전극부를 접촉시키는 단계와;상기 제 1, 2 전극부에 전원을 인가하여 상기 제 1 기판과 제 2 기판 내부 전면에 전기장을 형성시키는 단계와;상기 전기장이 인가된 제 1 및 제 2 기판의 사이로 액정을 주입하는 단계를 포함하는 액정 주입방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제 1, 2 전극부에는 교류전원이 인가되는 액정 주입방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제 1, 2 전극부에는 직류전원이 인가되는 액정 주입방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 액정의 주입은 상온보다 높은 고온의 분위기에서 이루어지는 액정 주입방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 배향막은 수직 정렬용 배향막인 액정 주입방법.
