Claims (5)
- 단위 셀별로 나뉘어진 액정 패널을 챔버 내로 도입하는 단계와;감압하여 상기 챔버를 진공으로 만드는 단계와;대기압까지 가압하여 액정 주입구를 통해 액정 충진 공간으로 액정을 충진하는 단계와;상기 액정 충진이 끝나면, 상기 액정 패널을 임의의 압력에 이르도록 가압하는 단계와;상기의 압력을 유지하여 상기 액정 주입구를 통해 과도하게 충진된 액정을 배출하는 단계와;상기 압력을 감압하여 상기 액정 충진 공간에 형성된 과잉의 음압을 제거하는 단계와;상기 액정 주입구에 잔존하는 여분의 액정을 제거하는 단계와;상기 액정 주입구에 봉지제를 도포하는 단계와;상기 봉지제에 광을 조사하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 봉지방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 임의의 압력은 0.5㎏/㎠인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 봉지방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 감압 단계에서 감압시간은 30초인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 봉지 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 봉지제에 조사되는 빛은 자외선인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 봉지 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 감압 단계에서 감압은 0.46㎏/㎠까지인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 봉지 방법.
