Claims (10)
- 에틸렌-비닐 알콜 공중합체 수지(A)로 이루어진 A층과 폴리프로필렌 수지(C)로 이루어진 C층을, 접착성 수지(B)로 이루어진 B층을 삽입하여, 적층시킨 다층 구조체에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐 알콜 공중합체 수지(A)의 에틸렌 함량이 20 내지 60몰%이고 당해 수지(A)의 비누화도가 90% 이상이며, 폴리프로필렌 수지(C)의 230℃, 2160g 하중에서의 용융 유량(MFR)이 0.1 내지 100g/10분의 범위이며, 폴리프로필렌 수지(C)의 비등 헵탄 불용 성분의 13C-NMR 스펙트럼에서의 Pmmmm과 Pw의 흡수 강도로부터 하기 수학식 1로 정의되는 입체규칙성 지수[M5]의 값이 0.950 이상임을 특징으로 하는 다층 구조체.수학식 1[M5]=[Pmmmm]/[Pw]위의 수학식 1에서,[Pmmmm]은 프로필렌 단위가 5단위 연속하여 아이소택틱 결합한 부위에서의 제3 단위째의 메틸기에서 유래하는 흡광 강도이며,[Pw]는 프로필렌 단위의 모든 메틸기에서 유래하는 흡광 강도이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐 알콜 공중합체 수지(A)가 융점이 상이한 2종류 이상의 에틸렌-비닐 알콜 공중합체 수지를 함유하는 다층 구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐 알콜 공중합체 수지(A)의 에틸렌 함량이 30 내지 50몰%인 다층 구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 접착성 수지(B)가 카복실산 개질된 폴리올레핀인 다층 구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 1축 이상의 방향으로 3 내지 12배로 연신된 필름인 다층 구조체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 동시 공압출 성형에 의해 A층, B층 및 C층을 갖는 적층체를 수득하고 이러한 적층체를 세로 방향으로 4 내지 10배, 가로 방향으로 5 내지 12배로 2축 연신하여 수득한 적층 필름인 다층 구조체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 세로 방향으로 4 내지 10배로 연신된 폴리프로필렌 수지(C)로 이루어진 필름 위에 압출 코팅에 의해 B층과 A층을 적층시킨 적층체를 가로 방향으로 5 내지 12배로 연신하여 수득한 적층 필름인 다층 구조체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 표면에 B층이 적층된 폴리프로필렌 수지(C)로 이루어진 필름을 세로 방향으로 4 내지 10배로 연신하고, 이와 같이 수득된 연신 필름의 B층 위에 압출 코팅에 의해 에틸렌-비닐 알콜 공중합체 수지(A)로 이루어진 A층 또는 A층을 포함하는 적층체를 적층하여 적층체를 수득하고, 수득된 적층제를 가로 방향으로 5 내지 12배로 연신하여 수득한 적층 필름인 다층 구조체.
- 제1항에 따르는 다층 구조체를 열성형하여 수득한 열성형 용기.
- 제9항에 있어서, 하기 수학식 2a 내지 수학식 2c를 만족시키는 열성형 용기.수학식 2aS≤ T/t≤ 20S수학식 2b300≤ T≤ 3000수학식 2ct≥ 100위의 수학식 2a 내지 2c에서,T는 용기의 몸통 두께가 가장 두꺼운 부분에서의 전체 층두께(㎛)이며,t는 용기의 몸통 두께가 가장 얇은 부분에서의 전체 층두께(㎛)이며,S는 용기의 드로잉 비로서, 하기 수학식 2d로 정의된다.수학식 2dS= (용기의 깊이)/(용기의 개구부에 내접하는 최대 직경의 원의 직경)
