- 내화성 금속 분말 40 내지 92 중량%의 불연속상, 및 탄소, 산소 및 수소만으로 구성되어 있고 탄소 원자수에 대한 산소 원자수의 비율이 0.5 이상인 유기 화합물로 실질적으로 이루어진 연속상, 및 임의로는 150℃ 미만에서 증발하는 용매로 이루어지며, 연속상이 연속상을 기준으로 5 중량% 이하의 결합제 계를 더 함유하는 페이스트를 지지 금속 시이트상에 침착시키고 무압착 소결시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 접촉부로서 제조된 금속성 지지체, 및 이 지지체에 부착되어 축전기 표면을 구성하는 다공성 소결체로 이루어지며, 상기 금속성 지지체는 금속 시이트 형태로 제조되는, 소결된 산성 토금속 분말 기재의 전해 축전기용 애노드의 제조 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 임의로 존재하는 용매를 그의 비점 미만의 온도에서 제거하고, 이어서 기판을 고 진공하에 소결 온도로 가열하며, 여기서 3K/min 미만의 가열 속도로 약 200 내지 약 400℃ 범위의 온도에 걸쳐 가열을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 축전기용 애노드의 제조 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 임의로 존재하는 용매를 제거한 후에 페이스트-코팅된 기판을 산소-함유 분위기 중에서 150 내지 200℃에서 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 축전기용 애노드의 제조 방법.
- 제20항 또는 제21항에 있어서, 니오븀 또는 탄탈륨 시이트를 기판으로 사용하고, 축전기 제조에 적합한 니오븀 및(또는) 탄탈륨 분말 응집체를 내화성 금속 분말로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 축전기용 애노드의 제조 방법.
- 제20항 또는 제21항에 있어서, 페이스트를 닥터 블레이드로 스텐실에 의해 시이트형 구조의 형태로 기판에 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 축전기용 애노드의 제조 방법.
- 전기 접촉부로서 제조된 금속성 지지체, 및 이 지지체에 부착되어 축전기 표면을 구성하는 다공성 소결체로 이루어지며, 여기서 상기 금속성 지지체는 금속 시이트 형태로 제조되는, 제19항에 따른 방법으로 얻을 수 있는 소결된 산성 토금속 분말 기재의 전해 축전기용 애노드.
- 제24항에 있어서, 금속 시이트가 한 방향 이상으로 소결체를 넘어서 돌출된 것인 전해 축전기용 애노드.
- 소결된 산성 토금속 분말을 기재로 하고 공통 전기 접촉부를 통해 접촉되며, 여기서 이 공통 전기 접촉부는 빗 형태의 구조로 된 금속 시이트 형태로 제작되고 축전기 전극의 표면을 형성하는 소결체들은 빗의 날에서 소결되어 있는, 제19항에 따른 방법으로 얻을 수 있는 다수 개의 전해 축전기용 애노드.
- 제24항 내지 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 시이트 또는 날들이 1:5 이상의 단면적 비율을 갖는 것인 전해 축전기용 애노드.
- 제24항 내지 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지 시이트가 30 내지 500 ㎛, 바람직하게는 40 내지 300 ㎛의 두께를 갖는 것인 전해 축전기용 애노드.
- 제24항 내지 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공성 소결체가 지지 금속 시이트의 0.5 내지 100 mm2, 바람직하게는 2 내지 40 mm2에 해당하는 면적을 덮는 것인 전해 축전기용 애노드.
- 제24항 내지 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소결체가 0.1 내지 2 mm, 바람직하게는 0.3 내지 1 mm의 두께를 갖는 것인 전해 축전기용 애노드.
