Description
Claims (10)
- 흡입측에서 연료 탱크(10)에 접속되고, 송출측에서 내연기관(18)에 접속된 피드 장치(14)와, 탱크 저부(11) 부근에 배치된 분사 펌프(24)와 연통하는 복귀 라인(22)이 설치되어 있으며, 상기 분사 펌프(24)가 초과분의 연료를 혼합 영역(29)을 거쳐서 저장실(12)내로 공급하고, 상기 피드 장치(14)가 상기 저장실(12)로부터 연료를 빼낼 수 있는 연료 탱크(10)로부터 자동차의 내연기관(18)에 연료를 공급하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 저장실(12)과 상기 탱크 저부(11) 사이에 사이펀 형상으로 구성된 혼합 영역(29)이 설치되어 있고, 상기 혼합 영역(29)은 상기 저장실(12)로의 이행 영역(31)에서 개구(32)를 가지며, 상기 개구(32)는 폐쇄 부재(44, 61)에 의해서 폐쇄 가능하고,상기 개구(32)는 상기 저장실(12)의 저부벽(39, 41)에서 상기 탱크 저부(11)에 대해 평행하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 탱크로부터 자동차의 내연기관에 연료를 공급하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 저장실(12)의 상기 개구(32)내에 필터 부재(48, 62)가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 탱크로부터 자동차의 내연기관에 연료를 공급하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 개구(32)는 상기 이행 영역(31)내에서 시일 부재(45)를 갖고 있으며, 상기 시일 부재(45)는 상기 이행 영역(31)에 의해서 양호하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 탱크로부터 자동차의 내연기관에 연료를 공급하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 이행 영역(31)내에서 상기 탱크 저부(11)에 대해서 평행하게 연장하는 상기 개구(32)는 일체화된 필터 부재(48)를 가지며, 상기 필터 부재(48)가 상기 폐쇄 부재(44)를 상기 개구(32)에 대해서 축방향으로 이동가능하게 수용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 탱크로부터 자동차의 내연기관에 연료를 공급하기 위한 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 폐쇄 부재(44)가 버섯 형상으로 또는 평평하게 구성되고, 상기 개구(32)의 길이 방향 축선을 따라서 이동가능한 핀(49)과 함께, 상기 필터 부재(48)의 가이드(46)내에서 이동가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 탱크로부터 자동차의 내연기관에 연료를 공급하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 이행 영역(31)내의 상기 개구(32)는 구형의 폐쇄 부재(61)에 의해서 폐쇄 가능하고, 상기 폐쇄 부재(61)가 케이지(cage) 형상으로 구성된 필터 부재(62)내에서 상기 개구(32)에 대해 위치 설정가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 탱크로부터 자동차의 내연기관에 연료를 공급하기 위한 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 필터 부재(62)는 상기 저장실(12)의 저부벽(39)에 설치되어 있고, 상기 개구(32)는 상기 이행 영역(31)의 수용부(63)에 삽입가능한 시일 부재(45)에 의해서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 탱크로부터 자동차의 내연기관에 연료를 공급하기 위한 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 케이지 형상으로 구성된 필터 부재(62)는 상기 폐쇄 부재(61)를 상기 개구(32)에 대하여 위치 설정한 후에 배치가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 탱크로부터 자동차의 내연기관에 연료를 공급하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 저장실(12)의 상기 저부벽(39)의 부분(41)은 상기 혼합 영역(29)의 칸막이벽(38)이 설치되어 있는 평면(42)내에 또는 이 평면의 하측에 배치가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 탱크로부터 자동차의 내연기관에 연료를 공급하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 분사 펌프(24)는 상기 혼합 영역(29) 내에서 탱크실(26)의 개구(27) 부근에 배치되어 있고, 신선한 연료는 벤튜리 원리(principle of venturi)에 따라 상기 저장실(12)로부터 상기 혼합 영역(29)내로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 탱크로부터 자동차의 내연기관에 연료를 공급하기 위한 장치.
