Claims (7)
- 조리 및 진공 포장하려는 액체 또는 고체 식품을, 비등하는 동안 과압을 배출하기 위한 배출구를 지니는 용기 내에 위치시키고.액체 또는 고체 식품을 함유하는 용기에 마이크로파 에너지를 제공하여 액체 또는 고체 식품을 가열하고,마이크로파 에너지의 적용을 중단시켜서, 배출구가 폐쇄되고 용기가 냉각됨에 따라 스팀이 그 안에 응축된 후, 진공이 용기 내에 형성되도록 하는 것을 포함하는 액체 또는 고체 식품의 조리 및 진공 포장 방법으로서,용기 내에서 조리에 후속하여 진공 포장이 이루어지고, 후속 저장 동안 액체 또는 고체 식품이 상기 용기 내에서 유지되며, 용기가 가요성이어서 마이크로파 가열의 중단 이후 용기의 냉각으로 인해 스팀이 응축됨에 따라 용기 내부에 진공이 형성될 때 액체 또는 고체 식품에 맞추어 자체적으로 모양이 형성되는, 액체 또는 고체 식품의 조리 및 진공 포장 방법.

- 마이크로파 가열 및 냉동 저장에 견딜 수 있고 충분히 견고하여 진공 포장에 적합한 재료로 제조된 액체 또는 고체 식품을 조리 및 진공 포장하는 가요성 용기로서, 배출구가 용기의 상부 면에 제공되어, 이를 통하여 공기 및 스팀이 비등하는 동안 배출될 수 있고, 비등이 중단되자마자 수동 또는 자동으로 밀봉되며, 용기가 가요성이어서 마이크로파 가열의 중단 이후 용기의 냉각으로 인해 스팀이 응축됨에 따라 용기 내부에 진공이 형성될 때 액체 또는 고체 식품에 맞추어 자체적으로 모양이 형성되는, 액체 또는 고체 식품을 조리 및 진공 포장하는 가요성 용기.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 식품이 홍합이고, 용기가 가요성이어서 홍합이 약간 열려 홍합 껍질 내의 과압이 배출되도록 할 수 있고, 용기가 용기의 내용물에 맞추어 자체적으로 모양을 형성하여, 스팀의 응축에 따라 용기 내에 진공이 형성될 때, 홍합 껍질이 닫히고 용기내의 유출 공간이 최소화됨을 특징으로 하는 용기.
- 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서, 배출구가 자가 접착성 테이프에 의해 수동 또는 자동으로 밀봉됨을 특징으로 하는 용기.
- 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서, 용기가 플라스틱 캔, 플라스틱 백 및 플라스틱 트레이로 구성된 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 용기.
