Claims (4)
- 특정 마디의 하단에서 다음 마디의 하단을 절단함으로써 입구측이 개방되고 바닥이 형성되는 대나무용기에 있어서,상기 바닥으로부터 소정 간격 이격된 위치에 적어도 2 개 이상의 구멍이 형성되어 있고, 상기 구멍의 직경은 3mm 에서 8mm 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 대나무용기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 적어도 2개 이상의 구멍은 서로 대칭되게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 대나무용기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 입구에는 내측을 향하는 방향으로 경사면이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 대통밥용 대나무용기.
- 바닥으로부터 소정 간격 이격된 위치에 적어도 2 개 이상의 구멍이 대칭되게 형성되어 있고, 상기 구멍 직경이 3mm 에서 8mm 범위인 대나무용기를 이용하는 것으로서,상기 대나무용기에 쌀을 소정 높이까지 채워넣는 단계;편편한 바닥을 가지는 솥에 쌀이 채워진 대나무용기를 채워넣는 단계;상기 솥에 물을 넣은 단계;를 포함함으로써,상기 솥이 가열됨에 따라 가열된 물과 열이, 상기 대나무용기의 상기 구멍을 통하여 상기 대나무용기 내부로 전달되고, 물이 가열되어 발생된 수증기와 열은 입구를 통하여 상기 대나무용기 내부로 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대통밥 제조방법.
