Claims (4)
- 세라티오펩티다제를 생산하는 세라티아 속 HY-6 균주(수탁번호: KCTC 10186BP).
- 1) 제 1항의 균주를 배양 배지에서 배양하는 단계; 및2) 단계 1의 배양액에 유기용매 또는 황산암모늄을 처리하여 세라티오펩티다제를 정제하는 단계로 구성되는 제 1항의 균주를 이용한 세라티오펩티다제의 대량 생산 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 유기용매는 아세톤, 에탄올, 메탄올 및 이소프로판올로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 유기용매는 아세톤인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
