Claims (10)
- 글라스 기판 상에 양극전극의 화소양극 미세라인과 음극전극의 화소음극 미세라인이 번갈아 형성되되, 상기 화소음극 미세라인은 상기 화소양극 미세라인과 평행하도록 구성되며,상기 결과물을 덮되, 상기 화소양극 미세라인과 상기 화소음극 미세라인의 사이로 유기발광층이 도포되고,상기 화소양극 및 음극 미세라인의 단면은 건식 식각을 통해 전극의 단면이 수직이 되도록 하되, 상기 화소영역 미세라인은 상기 화소음극 미세라인과의 단면간격이 상하 균일하게 되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 IPE구조를 갖는 유기 EL소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 양극전극의 재질은 투명전극인 ITO를 사용하지 않고 금속재료가 사용된 것을 특징으로 하는 IPE구조를 갖는 유기 EL소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 양극전극 및 음극전극의 사이에 단락방지를 위한 절연층을 형성하고 그 상면에 유기발광층을 도포한 것을 특징으로 하는 IPE구조를 갖는 유기 EL소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 EL소자는 새도우 마스크를 사용하지 않고 음극라인을 형성함으로써 고분자 및 단일층의 발광가능재를 사용할 수 있게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 IPE구조를 갖는 유기 EL소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기발광층을 통한 발광은 상기 화소양극 및 화소음극 미세라인의 사이를 통해 이루어지므로 패널기판으로 비전도성 재료의 사용이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 IPE구조를 갖는 유기 EL소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 양극전극 및 음극전극의 두께는 수백Å내지 수천Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 IPE구조를 갖는 유기 EL소자.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 절연층의 두께는 수백 Å내지 수㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 IPE구조를 갖는 유기 EL소자.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기발광층의 재료는 솔벤트, PPV, MEH-PPV, Polythiophene, Polypyrrole, OC1C10중 어느 하나의 고분자재료를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 IPE구조를 갖는 유기 EL소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 각 화소미세라인사이의 간격은 수천 Å인 것을 특징으로하는 IPE구조를 갖는 유기 EL소자.
