Claims (18)
- 열가소성의 연신 베이스필름층과, 실런트층을 구비하는 적층필름의, 각각의 단부분을 상호 연결하기 위한 구조로,상기 연신 베이스필름층끼리를 합장형상으로 접합하여 이루어지는 적층필름의 연결구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 연신 베이스필름층의 접합부를, 적층필름의 폭방향에 대하여 경사지게 연신시켜 이루어지는 적층필름의 연결구조.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 연신 베이스필름층의 접합부를 일방의 적층필름측으로 꺽어, 상호 대향하는 실런트층끼리를 추가로 접합하여 이루어지는 적층필름의 연결구조.
- 열가소성수지로 이루어지는 연신 베이스필름층과, 실런트층을 구비하는 적층필름의, 각각의 단부분을 상호 연결하는데 있어서,양 적층필름의 연신 베이스필름층을 상호 대향시켜 중첩한 상태에서, 이들의 적층필름을 용단함으로써, 양 연신 베이스필름층을, 용단가장자리 및 그 근방에서 융착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층필름의 연결방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 양 적층필름을, 가압하에서 용단 또는 용착절단시켜 융착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 연결방법.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 연신 베이스필름층의 융착접합부를 일방의 적층필름측으로 꺽고, 상호 대향하는 실런트층끼리를 히트 시일하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층필름의 연결방법.
- 열가소성의 연신 베이스필름층과, 실런트층을 구비하는 각각의 적층필름의, 단부 또는 측부를 연결하는 장치로서,적층필름의 각각의 단부분 또는 측부부분을 끼울 수 있는 간격을 두고 위치하는 1 쌍의 베이스를 설치하고, 양 베이스의 대향부분에서, 일방의 베이스에, 적층필름의 단부분 또는 측부부분을 타방의 베이스측으로 누르는 적어도 하나의 푸셔를 설치하고, 타방의 베이스에 푸셔와 대응하여 위치하는 상하 2 개의 각각의 실러를 설치하여 이루어지는 적층필름의 연결장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 하방에 배치한 실러를 용단 실러로 하고, 상방에 배치한 실러를 융착 실러로 하여 이루어지는 적층필름의 연결장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 푸셔의 적어도 진출변위를 초래하는 탄성 튜브 또는 실린더를 설치하여 이루어지는 적층필름의 연결장치.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1 개의 푸셔를 설치하여 이루어지는 적층필름의 연결장치.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2 개의 푸셔를 설치하여 이루어지는 적층필름의 연결장치.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 베이스의 상면측에 적층필름의 위치결정수단을 설치하여 이루어지는 적층필름의 연결장치.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 푸셔 및 실러의 하방위치에 적층필름의 절단수단을 설치하여 이루어지는 적층필름의 연결장치.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 장치로 열가소성의 연신 베이스필름층과, 실런트층을 구비하는 각각의 적층필름의 단부또는 측부를 상호 연결하는데 있어서,1 쌍의 베이스 사이에, 적층필름의 각각의 단부분 또는 측부부분을, 연신 베이스필름층을 대향시킨 자세로 끼움과 동시에, 하방측의 실러로 연신 베이스필름층의 상호를, 푸셔에 의한 누름하에서 합장형상으로 융착접합시키고, 이어서 연신 베이스필름층 상호의 접합부의, 일방의 적층필름측으로의 절곡 자세로, 상호 대향하는 실런트층끼리를, 상방측의 실러에 의해, 푸셔로 누르면서 융착시키는 적층필름의 연결방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 연신 베이스필름층 상호의 융착접합을, 용단 시일에 의해 실행하는 적층필름의 연결방법.
- 제 13 항에 기재된 장치로 열가소성의 연신 베이스필름층과, 실런트층을 구비하는 각각의 적층필름의 단부 또는 측부를 상호 연결하는데 있어서,1 쌍의 베이스 사이에, 적층필름의 각각의 단부분 또는 측부부분을, 연신 베이스필름층을 대향시킨 자세로 끼움과 동시에, 하방측의 실러로 연신 베이스필름층의 상호를, 푸셔에 의한 누름하에서 합장형상으로 융착접합시키고, 이어서 연신 베이스필름층 상호의 접합부의 하방에서 양 적층필름을 절단하고, 추가로 그 접합부의, 일방의 적층필름측으로의 절곡 자세로, 상호 대향하는 실런트층끼리를, 상방측의 실러에 의해, 푸셔로 누르면서 융착시키는 적층필름의 연결방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 실런트층끼리를 융착시킬 때에, 연신 베이스필름층 상호의 접합부를, 양 베이스 사이로의 위치결정 게이지의 삽입하에서의, 어느 하나의 일방의 적층필름을 끌어올림으로써, 상방측의 실러에 대응시켜 위치시키는 적층필름의 연결방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 적층필름의 각각의 단부분 또는 측부부분을 베이스사이로 끼울 때에, 각 적층필름을, 베이스상에 위치결정 고정하는 적층필름의 연결방법.
