Claims (2)
- 보리잎 분말의 제조방법에 있어서,월동한 어린 보리잎을 채취하여 증류수로 3∼4회 세척하는 단계(S1)와; 세척한 어린 보리잎을 72∼96시간 동안 음건하는 단계(S2)와; 음건한 보리잎 10∼20중량%에 물 80∼90중량%를 가하고 65∼98℃에서 4∼6시간 보리잎추출액을 추출하는 단계(S3)와; 추출한 보리잎추출액을 45∼55℃에서 감압농축하는 단계(S4)와; 감압농축된 농축액을 -10∼-5℃에서 동결건조하는 단계(S5)와; 동결건조된 건조물을 150∼300mesh의 입도로 분쇄하는 단계(S6)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보리잎 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 음건한 보리잎에 가하는 물은, 물과 알콜이 85:15의 부피비로 혼합된 것임을 특징으로 하는 보리잎 분말의 제조방법.
