Claims (3)
- 바닥이 있는 형태의 하우징과, 이 하우징의 내저면에 설치된 고정접점과, 온도에 따라 반전가능한 반전부를 가지고, 상기 고정접점과 접촉 분리하는 가동접점이 일단측에 고착된 바이메탈편과, 이 바이메탈편의 타단측이 중첩되어 캔틸레버형으로 고착됨과 동시에, 상기 하우징의 내저면에 설치된 고정단자를 갖추고, 상기 하우징의 저부에는 상기 고정단자와 바이메탈편의 중첩부에 대응하여 하우징의 외저면으로부터 레이저 조사 가능한 개구부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 열응동 스위치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고정단자와 바이메탈편의 중첩부에는 상기 하우징의 개구부측에서 하우징의 내측을 향하여 앞이 가는 형태의 용착부가 형성되어 있고, 이 용착부는 상기 고정단자를 통하여 상기 바이메탈편의 두께 범위내로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열응동 스위치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 개구부는 상기 하우징의 성형시에 하우징의 저부에 설치된 상기 고정단자의 가이드핀 흔적인 것을 특징으로 하는 열응동 스위치.
