Claims (8)
- 固定接点と、
板状に形成され弾性変形する弾性部及び該弾性部の一端部に可動接点を有し、前記可動接点を前記固定接点に押圧して接触させる可動片と、
温度変化に伴って変形することにより前記可動接点が前記固定接点から離隔するように前記可動片を作動させる熱応動素子と、
前記可動片及び前記熱応動素子を収容するケースと、
外部回路と電気的に接続される端子片とを備えたブレーカーにおいて、
前記ケースは、前記弾性部の長手方向に沿ってのびる側壁を有し、
前記端子片は、前記側壁から前記ケースの外方に突出する突出部を有し、
前記側壁は、前記突出部の周辺に、前記ケースの内方に陥没する凹部を有し、
前記ケースは、前記可動片及び前記熱応動素子を収容するための収容凹部が形成された第1ケースと、前記第1ケースに装着され、前記収容凹部を覆う第2ケースとを有し、
前記凹部は、前記第1ケースに形成され、前記第2ケースの前記側壁よりも前記ケースの内方に陥没することを特徴とするブレーカー。 - 前記突出部は、前記熱応動素子に対して、前記長手方向の両側に配されている、請求項1記載のブレーカー。
- 前記側壁は、前記熱応動素子の周辺に、前記凹部よりも前記ケースの外方に突出する凸部を有する、請求項2記載のブレーカー。
- 前記第2ケースの前記側壁は、平面状に形成されている、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のブレーカー。
- 前記凹部及び前記収容凹部は、それぞれフィレット状の入隅部を有し、前記収容凹部の前記入隅部の曲率半径は、前記凹部の前記入隅部の曲率半径よりも大きい、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のブレーカー。
- 前記突出部の先端と前記凸部の先端とが、前記長手方向に平行な同一平面上に配されている、請求項3記載のブレーカー。
- 前記ケースは、前記弾性部の厚さ方向から視て、該弾性部の前記長手方向を長辺とする矩形状に形成され、
前記凹部は、前記ケースの角部に配されている、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のブレーカー。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のブレーカーを備えたことを特徴とする電気機器用の安全回路。
